Tabi jolted out of the sheets, his breathing was heavy and he felt light sweat down his skull, "God .. Dammit" He sighed, looking around and seeing himself in his room, to his left, he saw Agoti, sleeping peacefully in whatever innocent dreamland he was under, Tabi smiled down on the digi-devil, "At least you can get over it." Tabi smiled, at least Agoti didn't suffer when he slept.
Tabi sat at his side of the bed, he was afraid of falling back asleep, no matter how tired he was, he kept his eyes open, fearful of hearing that damned sentence repeat ..
"You're so unfair."
"You're so unfair."
"YOU'RE SO UNFAIR."
Tabi almost jumped when he felt a hand on his shoulder, given the mindset he was in he'd of course be a little jumpy, "Oh- .. Oh .. Agoti, god .." He sighed, turning away in relief, "Can't sleep?" Agoti mumbled, shuffling over to Tabi to hug him, his chin on the goat-skulled figure's shoulder, "It's okay, I almost had a nightmare too." The devil assured his lover, Tabi sighed, "I'm sorry. I know it's been god knows how many years ago, but .. I'm sorry I didn't listen." Tabi held back tears, thinking about the horrid things his nightmare made him see, and the more horrid things he had done to deserve them, "It's alright Tabi, I get it. She did you dirty, but I'm glad it's not happening again." Agoti placed the softest kiss on Tabi's forehead (Fore-skull? Idk what to all it anymore) and Tabi, knowing he can be as vulnerable as he is in front of his digi-devil partner, let out a single tear, he didn't cry, or sob, not even a whimper, just a tear, relieving his eyes from tension, "Tabi .. It's okay, if you need to cry just cry, you're not gonna kill anyone doing so." Agoti teased lightly, Tabi chuckled under his breath, "It's okay, my love, I'm fine now." Tabi sighed, he wrapped his arms around the little lizard, "Moy dorogoy .." He whispered, and Agoti gave in to the embrace.
"If you ever have another nightmare, I'm all ears."
