Chapter 4

Peter swung to Central Park as fast as he could to get there before anyone was harmed. As soon as he got there, he was confused. He saw a weird green person with blue hair and a weird-looking staff, like the one from the movie Onward, and large, purple-heeled boots, that weren't bad looking. 

"Um, excuse me," Peter said not knowing how to address this weird inhuman.

"AH, Spider-Man, just who I was looking for," The thing said.

"I can't say the same, um, what's your name?" Peter asked trying to be polite.

"I am Captain Uncanny, and I'm here to take over this planet," The alien-like man exclaims. Peter can't help but cough out a laugh.

"Captain Uncanny? That's very uncanny, um," Peter didn't know how to respond, trying his best not to burst out laughing.

"You think I am a joke; I'll show you how funny I am," The guy yells before sending a beam from his staff (Lol What?) Peter didn't even see it coming and was thrown back into a tree.

"Mother trucker dude," Peter yelled out as he stood up. He started walking over to the guy, dodging attacks.

"I'm confused, what are you?" Peter asked.

"I am a tiftide, from Gouarnarg, and I've been studying this planet for many years, and now it's time for me to be your ruler!" The guy yelled as his staff sent electric shocks everywhere.

"Dude, you know how many aliens have tried to rule us, and how many have failed, just go home," Peter told him.

"I am not like those others; I am the almighty Captain Uncanny! I will end you Spider-Man!" The guy yelled as he ran towards the Spider. Peter furrowed his brows before running at the guy swinging. Peter fought the weird guy, who was surprisingly strong. Peter got a few hits in but got distracted by his necklace lighting up, He wore it outside his suit at all times. It's never lit up before. The guy struck him, sending his head to the ground harshly. Peter's vision goes blurry from impact. But when his eyes focus, he realizes that he had been impaled. He sees green smoke out of the corner of his eye.

"Lewis!" He heard a familiar voice yell.

"Loki? What are you doing here?" Captain Uncanny asks.

"You dare hurt the Spider!" Loki yelled seeing Lewis' weapon sticking out of Peter's abdomen.

"I had no idea he had your protection," Uncanny responded looking scared.

"Leave Midgard before I call Hela on you," Loki threatens. The villain ran away. Everyone looked at the scene confused, but not as confused as the author. Peter was very confused though.

"What's going on?" Peter asked Loki as tried to sit up, but failing while his head was still spinning.

"That was an old friend of Thor's, he's scared of my sister," Loki explained quickly as he ran over to the bleeding Spider. Peter's eyebrows furrowed before he passed out from blood loss. Loki picked Peter up and teleported to Peter's hideout, calling Shuri immediately.

On the other side of town, the Avengers paced on the rooftop, waiting for Spider-Man.

"Where is he?" Tony asked annoyed.

"Guys look at this," Natasha says clicking on a live news video on her phone.

"This just ended Spider-Man was fighting a new villain who goes by the name Captain Uncanny when he was impaled with the villain's staff, just when we thought the villain would win, Goddess or God Loki appeared, yelled at the villain, then left with Spider-Man in his arms, which raises the question, will Spider-Man be okay?" A news lady spoke. They all looked concerned; they knew Loki knew Spider-Man but didn't think he cared that much for the hero.  

They all stood there waiting for a call from Loki or Spider-Man to show up.

Shuri was worried as she answered Loki's call.

"You need to sew him up," she told him over the phone.

"Could I heal him with my magic?"

"Why didn't I think of that?" Shuri asked.

"Because we are both freaking out," Loki says as he mumbles a spell causing a green mist to enclose the boy. Peter jumped up as soon as the wounds were closed.

"What just happened?" Peter asked as his eyes adjusted to the scene. 

"I saved you," Loki told him smugly.

"Don't act like that Loki, you and I both know you were just panicking," Shuri spoke up from the phone. Peter smiled.

"Bye," Loki said hanging up on Shuri.

"Why did the necklace glow?" Peter asked.

"I sensed a familiar non-midgardian entity near you, so I came to see who it was," Loki told him.

"I'm still confuzzled, but I got to meet the Avengers soon," Peter responded as he pulled ice out of the freezer.

"Yeah, I wanted to speak with you about that," Loki started to speak.

"Why have you requested the meeting, you have been pretty adamant about not wanting anything to do with them," Loki questioned curiously.

"Well, in total honest I had a dream," Peter spoke sitting down and putting the ice on his head.

"A dream?" Loki responded concerned.

"Yeah, and it gave me a great idea," Peter told him. Loki raised a brow.

"Do tell," Loki requested. Peter looked at his clock hanging on the wall before his eyes widened comically.

"I would but I'm so late, I have to go meet the avengers like 10 minutes ago," Peter said as he rushed to grab a nondamaged suit.

"I suppose I'll see you there, be careful," Loki said before teleporting away. He finds himself right behind the Avengers as they continue to talk.

"How long is this going to take?" Sam asked them, impatiently.

"Not much longer," Loki spoke startling them.

"Jesus Christ!" Clint yelled as he clutched his heart overdramatically.

"No, Loki Friggaschild," Loki responded smug. They rolled their eyes at them.

"Where Spider-Man?" Steve asked Loki.

"Right here sir," Peter responded as he landed behind them.

I'm going to be completely honest I'm still not sure if I should continue with this book, and I'm terribly sorry if it isn't the best.
