" Let's get out of here." he commanded.
" I can't.. I still have work." I glanced in his eyes with a sad smile.
" Come on, I'm sure your boss will understand."
" But... I need the money. I gotta stay." I insisted even though I wanted nothing more than to leave with Evan.

But it was true, I needed to pay the rent and this was the only job I had. Besides modeling, but so far I've only been to a few castings.

" Okay, I'll pay you twice what you'd get for this job," he said as he gently put his veiny hand on my shoulder," but I can't leave you here like that."

I guess I must've looked very frightened. Even though on the inside I wasn't that much. I'm used to these situation, things like that happen to me all my life. But of course this inconvenience made me a little upset and pissed. I hesitated for a while.

"Let's go." finally I gave up and decided to leave with Evan. I wasn't sure if I wanted to accept the money from him, but at the moment I didn't feel like working anymore. And I didn't want to walk around Charles and serve him at all.

When he heard those words a smile lit up his face that looked worried just a minute ago. He has to have the most enchanting smile I've ever seen. He shifted his grip from my palm to my arm and led me away. As we passed all these people, some of them shamelessly stared at us. But Evan seemed to be in hurry, so they didn't have a chance to talk to us.

When we staggered out from the club, we hopped in a taxi that was parked right in front of the hotel.

" Chateau Marmont, please." Evan ordered the taxi driver.
I blinked and tried to proccess all the things that had happened. " Where are we going?"
" To a hotel, where we can talk. It didn't feel right to leave you in the club on your own." he explained.

I just nodded in agreement. I wasn't against it, I was even grateful to him. He saved me. The taxi ride was more or less quiet. I felt Evan's intense gaze on me almost the whole ride. I was too nervous to return his gaze, so I rather tried to look out the window and not be awkward.

It was around 1:20 in the morning when we arrived at the hotel room.  It looked breathtaking.  The entire hotel was decorated in a style reminiscent of Old Hollywood.  Everything seemed very luxurious but cozy at the same time. The furniture breathed history, but it wasn't dated.

I still couldn't believe it. Am I really here with Evan Peters????? How is it possible??? I thought to myself. I was so nervous about everything.

"Would you like something to drink?"  Evan asked me as he carefully helped me out of my faux leather jacket. The touch of his palm on my shoulder sent shivers down my spine and  snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Mmm, yes." I turned to face him. He was holding my jacket, his face looked relaxed with a slight smile that made me loose up a little.
" Should I get us a bottle of champagne," his brows raised," Or do you prefer wine?" he asked.
" Champagne would be perfect." I glanced up at him and unknowingly licked my lips. I always do that because my lips tend to dry out so much.
It seemed it caught him off guard, his pupils widened a little.

"Alright." he picked up the receiver from the hotel service and ordered it. I excused myself and went to the bathroom. I needed to adjust and check how I looked. Surprisingly, my makeup still looked decent, but my hair was a bit tired from the unpleasant incident back at the party. I lightly wet my hand and smoothed my hair so my baby hairs wouldn't stick out. I also re aplied my red lipstick.
