Bloom's POV:

All three of them were staring at me. "We were right. She has been with the angel from the Kingdom of Darkness for very long." Healer said turning his gaze to Amor.

"What does it mean?" Steve asked
him. "It means all this while she has been poisoned slowly, very slowly. It created a barrier around her so she couldn't feel her soul mate in a special way and she would die eventually." Healer said and sighed heavily.

"Does that mean he knows who's her soul mate is and then the three of them were together all this time ?" Amor questioned carefully.

"No if he knew he would have already killed her soul mate." Healer replied. "And yes the three of them have been close for a while now."

"So..... Does that means once she wears the amulet everything's gonna be normal?" Steve spoke next.

"Absolutely" Healer said and paused. "Ignis...." he had called me by my name for the first time. "Don't ever take it off." he added later and I nodded as a reply.

We came out of the hut. "Ignis, now get ready for the ball okay?" Amor said and I just nodded. He took off first. "Where's the amulet?" Steve asked.

I just gave it to him without a word. "Can I put it on for you?" he asked holding the amulet. And this time I smiled slightly.

I took a look at the Amulet and then we took off for the ball. After landing in front of the palace we headed for our room.

I opened the door and found two maids there. Surprisingly they were not angels, they were wingless. "Princess, lets start." one of the girl spoke sweetly.

The other made me sit on a chair and they started. I just closed my eyes. It took so much time. Maybe because I'm not as beautiful as any angel should be.

"All ready for the ball." the other one spoke and when I opened my eyes there was mirror in front of me. "Oh my god!" after whispering I was so shocked. They had braided my hair and then made a bun out of it.

Inserting some pearls and flowers my hair looked beautiful. My eyes..... I hate makeup I really do and I never bother my self from putting eyeliner or other sorts of items.

Today they were sparkling. And the maids didn't cover up my freckles and I looked cute with it for the first time. My dress, it was so beautiful and simple. I like simple and unique outfits. It's like they read my mind.

It was a white dress for an princess. Not to fancy but beautiful. There was a belt which matched my wings perfectly. And my amulet looked beautiful. As I turned around I found that they had mostly done a great job with the wings.

It was decorated with pearls , glitters and gems. "We have actually never prepared a princess, so we hope you like it." The maid said. "Not just like... I love it." I said and and thanks them.
