Adamas was walking around the city. As unexpected, he was being followed by none other than Asmodeus.
"Will you stop following me!? Can't you see I'm busy!?" Adamas yelled angrily. "sorry ~ it's just you're too cute! Also, just call me, big brother." Asmodeus said with a smile. "..big brother..? Eh!?!" Adamas was quite surprised what Asmodeus meant. And he remembered the time when he was with Hades.
"No no! Never in my entire life!!" Adamas shouted at least before running away, leaving Asmodeus blinking in confused. "did I say something wrong..?"
Adamas kept running, until he bumped into someone. "Whoa there! Careful there." Someone said, as their eyes met each other. Adamas flinched at the eyes he just saw.

"Sorry about that. I'm Karasu." Karasu said, taking his hand out for a handshake. "Oh and I'm Adamas." Adamas said accepted the handshake
"Say, I haven't seen you around these parts. Are you new?" Karasu asked. "I can give you a tour. Well, I'm not much of a tourist but I can give my best shot, so what do you say?" Adamas didn't speak nor move a bit, he felt like his heart beating. He had no idea why is he like this.
"Actually.. I was looking for.." Adamas stuttered, as his face turned red. "I can't talk to you about this! So bye-" just then he was interrupted by someone. "Well well. If it isn't Karasu." It was a gang, who seem to be picking on Karasu
"I see you gangsters haven't changed a bit ever since I beat you in your own game. And where is your boss?" Karasu said calmly. 'boss? So he's not here at all?' Adamas thought, then suddenly he was grabbed by one of the gang. "Now look what you have, Karasu! It's a cute boy! Boss would be pleased if we bring this one to him"
"Hey let go! Get your hands off me! You jerk!" Adamas said before slapping him in the face. "Oh you're gonna pay for that, little boy.." When one of the gang was about to punch him. Karasu caught his fist in time.
"I do not care about your nonsense talk. But forcing him into something he doesn't want is going too far." Karasu said, breaking his hand. "Ow!! Hey!" Karasu let go of his hand, glaring at the gang. "Leave. Tell your boss that I am not in the mood to talk to him." Karasu said but he remained calmed.
The gang immediately leaves them alone. "Are you alright?" Karasu asked worriedly. "I'm fine and thank you for that.." Adamas groaned, since he almost got assaulted by the gang
"You'll get used to it. Some places like this can attract those gang. It's the best if you stick with me for now." Karasu explained. "Well for me, I don't think I'll get used to that. It's even worse than doing a lot of paperwork." Adamas said, which it made Karasu laughed. "That's so funny. It's been awhile since I laugh." Karasu said
Then Karasu slowly took Adamas' hand. "Now shall we go somewhere safe?" Karasu asked, receiving a nod from him. After some time, they have been talking and they seem to have something in common
"And in this city. We have given gifts to the Goddess of Dreams. We worshipped her as if she was still alive." Karasu said as they stopped by, seeing a statue of a lady. "The Goddess of Dreams.. Yume.." Adamas whispered then realized something. "I thought everyone are worshiping..the necromancer?" He asked
"Oh, if I'm not wrong. Asmodeus is one of Kurai Hantei's generals." Karasu explained. "There's no doubt that Kurai Hantei is the son of the Goddess of Dreams. However, he's not a demigod.. more like he's a human"
Adamas was quite surprised when he heard about this man. "Kurai Hantei? So where does he live?" Adamas asked, only to be pinned on the wall by Karasu who has a serious face. "You shouldn't ask that! No people should ask something like that." Karasu whispered. "Do you have any idea once you got into trouble?! You'll be dead, or worse!"
Karasu let go of him and sighed. "Sorry. I just got carried away." Karasu said. "It's fine." Adamas said, as he realized that he had been spending time with humans. He even forgot about his past life as a god.. including his family.
His thoughts were interrupted by someone. "What is this conversation? I heard you are talking about me?"
