The lost diary-

Rain fell asleep on the Prince's bed not meaning to as he was locked in his room all night. He was starving and he hasn't eaten in the last 15 hours since all he did was work. Rain remember the entire incident in his head about how Payu was completely a different person.

Rain put his knees on his chest as he hugged himself. He felt disgusted and hatred towards the prince as he did once considered Payu his friend or maybe a little more than that as he still remembered that kiss they shared.

Not a day goes by that Rain never thought about Payu but he had to move on. Rain couldn't stay at the palace and live off of his friend. Prapai was right that Rain is not royalty and is just a commoner scum.

The door opened as Rain was instantly scared that the prince has returned but it was just Sky entertaining. Which calmed down Rain a bit. Sky walked in with a tray of food as he walked towards the bed.

"I was ordered to give you this. Eat your breakfast and after that, shower and changed because the prince wants you in the throne room as soon as you're done." Sky informed and Rain took the tray and started to eat.

Rain finished his breakfast in matter of minutes and took a shower and put on some clothes that Sky left out for him.

Rain walked out of the Prince's room as he already saw Sky waiting for him.

"Please follow me Rain." Sky jut out his hand as he made Rain follow him to the throne room but Rain already knows where it is.

Sky pushed through the door as he and Rain walked inside the throne room where the prince was already sitting on the throne. Venice didn't look all angry or cold as he usually did today.

Rain was nervous just standing here and every thing about this place brings back so many memories.

"I need everyone out of the room. I want to speak to Rain alone." The prince commanded and every guard understood as they all left the room with just Venice and Rain standing alone in it. "I won't harm your new family. In fact, I send them a gift and let them know that you will be staying here."

"What did you send them?" Rain asked as he was not sure what kind of gift the Prince gave them.

"I cleared all their debt and gave them a hefty amount of money for them to live a comfortable life. They asked for your whereabouts but I told them you are with me. They were quite fine with that fact when money was involved. Are you sure they even loved you from the start? " Payu questions while he explain everything he did.

"I know they didn't love me but they took me in. That's why I stayed with them." Rain admitted as he knew that he was not loved by P'Som and Ple.

Venice walked closer to Rain as he stood in front of him. Rain looked up as he looked dead in the eyes of the Prince.

"I have no else. So what do you want from me?" Rain spoke as he felt he had nothing left. The prince has given him no option.

"I've spent six year hoping you would come back but I thought friendship was what I needed. Rain I don't want us to be friends. I want more than a friendship with you." Payu admitted as he stare into Rain's eyes. He was sincere about how he was feeling.

"Like lovers? I don't believe in love." Rain stated but the prince doesn't believe in that.

"I'm willing to change your mind. You will fall in love with me." The prince said confidently as he is so sure that Rain will love him.

Rain didn't know what to say. He was just dumbfounded and a little disappointed that Payu is persistent on wanting a relationship with him.

The prince doesn't know himself how he will make Rain love him as he doesn't know the first step of dating or being in a relationship. He's watched his cousins Kinn and Porsche love each other along with Kim and Porchay.

"For now, you'll live in your own room in my palace.. Sky will take you there. Just let him know I sent you." Payu announced and Rain just turned his head and left the prince in the throne room by himself.

The prince did his duties as a prince as he goes through the list of commoners who owe money. The door burst open as five guards came in, disturbing the Prince from his work.

The King Macau marched in as he stood in front of his nephew with a stern look. Venice stop what he was doing as he was surprised to see his uncle in his palace after six long years not seeing each other.

"Venice, clear the room. I wish to speak to you alone." Macau commanded and Venice nodded as he shoo ever guard out.

"Uncle, what are you doing here?" Venice questioned his uncle.

"The amount of deaths and brutalities! Venice what are you doing? You've changed and become this.......horrible person." Macau shows us the newspaper as he tossed it in front of his nephew.

Macau is ashamed and disappointed of his nephew and wicked ways of trying to keep the town together. All the pain he conflicted on commoners is just sickening.

"I'm trying to teach these commoners a lesson." Venice tried to defend himself.

"Ruthlessness is not the way. Your parents wouldn't want this. They wouldn't want their son to be cold hearted person." The king stated and the mention of his parents made Venice stood up from his throne.

"Uncle I am the prince. I control this town and all you do is make sure you get the money from me. I treat this town the way I want to treat it." Venice stated as he looked dead in the eye of his uncle.

Macau sighed as he feared that his nephew took the wrong path.

"Did you forget what day today is?" The king questioned. "It's your parents death anniversary. I came here for one thing and that was to give you something that I found many years ago." Macau admitted as he reached inside his robe.

The king pulled out an old diary book that looked like it was in good condition. Venice looked at the book in confusion.

"What is this?" He said asked his uncle who gave him the diary.

"A diary your Ba Pete left for you. It will tell you Pete's life experience living in the palace with your father. It was meant for you to ready." Macau admitted and Venice had no idea his Ba wrote a diary.

The king said nothing else as he just walked away, leaving his nephew alone without saying goodbye. Venice stare down at the diary in disbelief as he finally gets to know the full truth of his parents.
