Prologue

Start of the new tale-

It was the season of spring as the first of August came already. Twelve years ago a story of the tale of the devil prince and a commoner fell in love as the message of their story was love can fix a broken soul. Unfortunately the two lovers met their end as they couldn't live long enough but in death, they can love each other without worry.

But they didn't die without leaving a glimmer of hope and their baby son who will rule and help rebuild the minor family kingdom in the absence of his dead parents.

A knock was heard at the door as the young man with large headphones was over his ear playing a video game that he just got. The door opened as it realized the young man's dad.

The young man turned his head, paused the game, and took off his headphones.

"Dad!" He yelled as he walked up and gave his dad a hug.

"Happy Birthday Boss. Open up your present I got you." Bible said to his son as he revealed his gift in front of him.

"Dad, you didn't have to do this." Boss told his dad as he didn't expect anymore gifts other than the video his Papa gave him earlier.

"But this gift is special. It's been in my closet for years and I had to wait until you were old enough on this day so you can open it." Bible explained as he told his son.

Boss stared at the gift as he didn't believe that his dad held this gift for so long. Boss smiled and took the wrapped gift from his dad and stared to tear apart. Boss finished as it was a book.

"The tale of the storm and the rain?" Boss read the title out loud and Bible nodded his head and smiled.

"Remember that I read to you when you were a boy. The tale of King Vegas and Queen sir Pete? Well this is the sequel to that." Bible admitted to his son.

"But that book was written ages ago. How after all those years, the author made a sequel to that tale? I was sure that King Vegas and Sir Pete son died of starvation." Boss said as he remembered the sad ending of the story.

Boss had no hope that Venice made it out alive.

"I assure you if you read this story. You will know the truth. Also your papa told me to tell you that dinner is ready and you should come down to eat first." Bible told his son and Boss nodded to his dad.

Boss placed the book down on his bed and followed his dad downstairs to eat dinner. A large cake with the number 18 was already lit up as Build had everything set up.

Boss smiled as his papa every year buys him a birthday cake but Boss was more excited to be eighteen.

"Happy Birthday Son!" Build said as he was happy to see his son looking at the cake.

"Thanks Papa." Boss said as he smiled brightly.

"Make a wish." Build said as Boss nodded.

He closed his eyes and wished for something that he hope would come true. He opened his eyes and was about the blow the candle as he remembered that he didn't want to blow it out. He grabbed a water bottle and poured water on his fingers and took the candles out with his fingers instead.

Build looked slightly disappointed as Boss took after his father about the stupid way they put out fire candles.

"Can't you guys ever just blow out the candles like normal people do?" Build complained as he asked both his husband and Son.

"Blowing out is gross. Our spit would get all over the cake Papa." Boss admitted and Bible agreed as he didn't like that.

"You guys are unbelievable. Let's just eat dinner. Let's at least eat like a normal family." Build said as he gave up and sat down.

The dinner was already as it was laid out on the table in front of them. Boss loved food as he got that from his papa as Bible really only eats one big meal a day as he doesn't eat so much.

"So Boss, what did you like the gifts you got this year?" Build asked his son.

"I loved them. Thanks Papa and Dad. This might be the best birthday ever." Boss exclaimed as he was satisfied of the gifts.

"Wait, your dad? I didn't know your dad gave you a gift. I planned all your gifts." Build said as he wasn't informed that his husband planned a gift and didn't tell him.

"Dad got me a book for my birthday. I can't wait to read it after dinner." Boss admitted as he started to chow down on his food.

Build squinted his eyes at his husband as he figured out what book exactly he gave their son. Build was still a bit upset that Bible read that none children bed time story to Boss when he was just only six years old.

But Build figured that Bible gave Boss the sequel to that book.

But what can Build do now? His baby boy is now a man now and he is eighteen so he is old enough to read the book.

After eating dinner and cutting his cake, Boss went back to his room as he was excited to read the book that his father gave him.

Boss always enjoyed reading just like his Dad and Papa does but he was more than happy that he was finally old enough to read the sequel. Boss took the book and sat at his work desk as he turned the lamp on to see better.

Boss turned the first page as it showed a picture of Veince and another boy that he didn't recognize before. He assumed that he will be a character that he will see a lot.

"Prince Veince looks just like King Vegas." Boss mentions as he saw a picture of King Vegas and Sir Pete in their story.

Boss turned to the second page as the first chapter begins.......
