Things have been amazing since me and my sisters have left the coven or well...me killing them all. I have friends and the love of my life... I just haven't told him I love him. Out of all my friends, I would say Elisa is my best friend, We both had bunch of sleepovers at mine and her place,she got me into computers and hacking even though my sisters were against it but I'm really good. I'm so good that I got a internship with Elisa at Z-Crop, which is the company behind the Z-bands. The downside is that I'm a little way from home...away from Wyatt which kills me and from all the calls, facetimes, and text messages, it's killing him too. But let's go back a little and start with reintroduction. I'm Ariella and I'm a witch.
Laughter filled the room between me and Elisa, in our shared office. We were lucky to get a internship here at Z-Crop, let alone get an office. Today was the night of the big game in Seabrook history and thanks to Elisa being a fucking computer genius, she made this robot thing on wheels so that we could travel throughout Seabrook without one of our friends carrying around a big ass tablet for us.
"How much longer until we are up and running" I whined once again. Like I said before I miss Wyatt. It's been a little over a month since I have seen him in person or my sisters but they are off for work. Since the coven is now gone, they were able to be moved up in their job which include them traveling from time to time, instead of working from home 24/7.
"Hold your brain Ari. We will be up in 10 minutes" Elisa told me and she continue typing
"I'm sorry but-" I say but she cut me off
"You miss him. I know. Are you planning on telling him tonight?" she asked me
"I can't over a tablet and besides every time I work up the nerve ready to say those three words, 8 letters. I always back down. Even though him and I are soulmates, doesn't mean I'm not afraid." I say looking down at my hands
"I know you Ariella. You're scared that he won't say it back but trust me when I say this, you are everything to him. That wolf boy is head over heels in love with you. Now, what else in bothering you?" she said looking right at me away from the computer screen.
"What do you mean?" I asked
"I'm your best friend and I know when something is wrong. So, what is it?" she asked me once more. See what I mean, how she is my best friend.
"I think something is going to happen tonight like something is coming but I don't know what it is but it's this gut feeling and it won't go away" I say
"How long have you had this feeling?" she asked me
"Since this morning" I informed her
"Do you think it has anything to do with the game tonight?" she asked.
"I don't know" I say shrugging my shoulders
"I think everything will be alright. Besides if something does happen, our friends will be okay. Wyatt will be okay" she said and then turned back around looking at the computer "And we are up and running" once those words let her mouth I came closer to her which made her roll her eyes playfully. "If you and Wyatt start flirting or eye fucking again, I'm shutting it down" she add give me her serious face
"Yeah, yeah." I say as the screen turned to show Zoey and Wyatt standing next her
"ARIELLA" he yelled as he got closer to the screen
"WYATT" I yelled pushing Eliza a little, as she fell on the floor. I looked down at her and sent her a apologize smile than turned back to my man "Baby I miss you so much"
"Oh, baby I miss you too" he said
"HEY, your not the only one here that missed her but I think you missed her the most because your in-"Zoey said pushing Wyatt a little so she could be in the view of the screen again but before she could finish Wyatt cut her off even though I only heard half of what she said, being that the tablet started to glitch.
'Weird' I thought
"I miss you too Zoey and what was the other thing you said" I say and before she could say anything else I was on the floor. I looked up to see Elisa.
"I hate you" I mocked
"You love me" she said pulling me back up.
"Elisa, Ariella. How are you guys? How's Z-Crop?" Zed asked as he came into view
"It's going great" I say
"What she means it's amazing. We have been getting a lot work done and a lot of prototype." Elisa said. She was a little more into computers than I am and if you would, she could go on and on for hours about computers let alone Z-Crop and the Z-bands.
"I can't believe your not here for this" Wyatt said with a frown.
"We both wish we were but as Elisa said we having been getting a lot work done. We have a few things to work out." I say
"No we don't" Elisa said
"Were you not here this morning when our prototype broke the glass ceiling." I say making our friends laugh
"It's a miner set back" Elisa said and that's when we heard shouting on their end. Elisa turned the camera to show Willa standing on a bus, talking about school spirt and then Wynter running right into the bus leaving a mark.
"So, I see everything is still the same. Glad to know nothing has change since we left." I say and Wyatt looked back at me and gave me a smile, I saw his mouth move but I didn't hear anything "Did you say something? We can't hear you" I say as we saw the tablet glitch.
"That's weird" Elisa said. That's when the screen went black and then came back on. Our system was glitching, which was weird because that has never happen before. We heard Zoey's voice and her saying 'Meteors'
"Why the hell are we glitching?" I asked
"I have no idea. Everything is good on our end" Elisa said
"So, something is going on. On their end" I say as I could see Wyatt coming back to our view
"Ariella, there's something I have been meaning to tell you and I don't know if right now is the best time but- he was saying but got cut off when the screen went black again but before it there was this bright blue light.
"Wyatt? WYATT?" I shouted
"I can't get them back" Elisa said slamming her hands on the table
"I knew something was going to happen. Did you see that?" I asked her
"Yeah it was this bright blue light" she said
"Where the hell did it come from?" I asked as I ran my fingers threw my hair
