Christie sighed and leaned back into the sofa at Agasa's. Conan, Heiji, and the others had gone with Otaki to the case she knew as 'Everyone Saw'.
"So why didn't you go with them?" asked Haibara as she walked over to sit on the other sofa, placing down a tray with two cups of tea on the table between them. "Weren't you supposed to help by giving hints and all?"
Christie gave her a small hum and a small thanks as she took her cup. "Well, Hattori-kun is there, so it will go fine. It would, with or without me, for every case I know of that will happen."
Haibara gave a small hum back, and the two sat in silence as they took a sip of their tea. A sigh then left Christie as she placed her cup down, earning Haibara's attention again. "Is something the matter?"
"You know, I have watched the series, watched all the cases you all have been through, but now that I'm involved as well... it kind of scares me," admitted Christie, as she stared down at her tea. "I know how, maybe even when, murders and all kinds of crimes will happen... but I know I can't do anything to prevent them..."
Haibara didn't say anything back, only studied her as she had her gaze on the tea. Agasa soon walked out, seeming to have heard the conversation as well. "It must be hard," he said, filled with empathy. "Knowing so much, but not being able to stop them..."
"Yeah..." mumbled Christie and gave a small nod. "Well, right now they should be looking at a suicide made to look like a murder, then witness a suicide which is actually a murder in a lift," informed Christie, looking up at them. "Then after the case, Hattori-kun and them will sleep over at Mouri's and a different case will come afterwards to a mansion with focus on vampires."
"They keep getting dragged into the most unusual stuff," sighed Haibara, and took a sip of her tea again.
"Wait..." muttered Agasa, shocked, and slowly turned to her with wide eyes. "Vampires?!"
"Don't worry, they'll be fine. Vampires aren't real," reassured Christie with a small smile. Agasa sighed in relief, and Christie gave a small giggle. "And I hope the boys don't have too much against the smell of garlic breath."
Haibara looked up at her again in amusement, then placed down her cup. "Oh, I'm sure they don't," she grinned, and Christie laughed.
Agasa gave out a laugh too in amusement and threw her a smile. "Christine-kun, there's no need to feel guilty for not being able to do anything. As you said, it is all meant to happen, so you can't do anything," he reassured her. "But you being here will be of lots of help, and you will experience good times as well."
"Yeah, thank you, Agasa-hakase," smiled Christie, thankful for his words. "It helps a lot."
The man threw her another smile, then went to his lab again, and Christie turned back. A thought suddenly struck her, and she took out her phone. She turned it on and found Conan's number and went to send him a message.
"What are you sending?" asked Haibara, curiously, as Christie typed on her phone.
"Just a hint for their 'thought suicide, actually murder' case," answered Christie and sent the message.
"Hint for your witnessed case.
Spray font."
-Christie

Conan grabbed his phone as he felt it vibrate. He turned his gaze away from the cleaning robot and glanced at his phone. Reading the name of the sender, he raised an eyebrow and clicked into the message. 'Witnessed case? Spray font?' thought Conan in confusion at the message, then looked around.
