"so, you still talking to that chick?" calum asked, picking at his lunch tray.

i scoffed. "fuck no. she's been boring me for a while. i dumped her ass," i said, throwing a carrot at him.

zayn laughed, "seems like no one pleases you anymore."

"no, no girl pleases him anymore," liam retorted, making wide eyes. i threw a carrot at him, even harder than before.

"shut the fuck up, wanker. i'm not fucking gay, go piss up a rope," i said, a bit irritated.

he put his hands up in defense, "hey, just saying. maybe something to consider," he chuckled.

i rolled my eyes and looked the other way. a boy was coming to my table. i would say he's decent looking, but like i said, i'm not gay.

he had curly hair and a camera hung around his neck.

"hey, look it's your chance," micheal snickered next to me. i punched his arm and looked at the kid in front of me.

"what do you want tool?" i spat.

he held up his camera. "a picture," he said simply.

"of what?"

he bit his lip but kept his eyes on me. "of you," he said, sounding as if it were obvious. "it's for an assignment."

i leaned back in my seat. "is it required?"

his eyes went wide and I swear i heard him gulp. "yes."

i raised an eyebrow, knowing he was lying. "alright, kid. because you had the bravery and audacity to even consider coming over to this table, i'll do it."

"really?" everyone said at once, even the boy. i turned to my group.

"i mean, why not?" i said, shrugging my shoulders.i turned back to the boy. "as long as it's not going anywhere public."

he looked down, "actually, it's going in the yearbook."

i groaned. well, there's no turning back now... "it's fine kid, where do you want to meet?"

he looked up with wide eyes, suddenly excited. "um... the parking lot after school? let's say friday?"

"sure."
