Von has been blowing up my phone for almost 2 weeks now. I've been so focused on closing this deal on my new home to keep my mind off him and Ty's bs. I haven't heard from Ty lately but I do notice her looking on my socials, loving everything I post like the weirdo she is. Von has been sending flowers to my house and my office.
Today I close the deal on a mini mansion in Moorestown, NJ. I also gave Tanise that promotion she deserved, while Dani has took her old position. I don't have to work at all. That's exactly what I need to focus on closing this deal. I love my new home and I can finally drop the news on Dani that she can now have my house to herself for rent of course until she levels up and move out or don't. It's really up to her now.
I'm on to the next chapter in my life. I look back at everything I endured over the last two months and I realized that I am a conqueror.
Phone Rings... *Real Estate Agent Calling...*
Honesty: "Hello"
Real Estate Agent: "Hello Ms. Davis. I hope your having a good day today."
Honesty: "Yes. Hopefully I can have an even better day. Do you have good news for me Mrs. Richards?"
Mrs. Richards: "Yes I have great news. The seller of your home confirmed that the check cleared for $300,000 and I have the keys ready for you. You can meet me at the house today if you would like."
Honesty: "I can be on my way right now."
Mrs. Richards: "Yes, I'm here right now. I can wait for you to arrive. Thank you for trusting the process & congratulations on your new home."
Honesty: "Thank you so much! I'm on my way to you now. I'll be there in 20 minutes."
Mrs. Richards: "Ok see you soon"
I ended the call with Mrs. Richards and hurried out my house to get into my all white Range Rover that I received from Von. I figured why not put it to use.
I arrived at my new house I worked so hard for.

I purchased a 5 bedroom mini mansion. It's such a sight to see. It has everything my last house has but even more. I have a fitness room, pool in the backyard, theatre in the basement as well as a man cave. Well a women's cave. I can't wait to have my house warming.
I hopped out my car to receive the keys from Mrs. Richards. She met me at the door to give me the keys and deed to my house. She had to go to a meeting so I was left to look through my house alone.
