-Tooru.
[Y/N]
You had just gotten off your flight, finally arriving back home.
You had studied abroad, living in New York for three years before you ended up back in Tokyo.
You were looking around for your brother, you had told him to stay lowkey, but not-so-surprisingly you spotted him immediately as he was standing in the middle of the airport with a huge sign with your name on it.
He was drawing so much unnecessary attention on him. He instantly spotted his little sister in the crowd.
He grinned, handing his sign to someone before going over to you. "Hey Tooru." You smiled in the warm embrace of your brother.
"You've gotten so big." He gasped, though you hadn't gained any height during your 3 year long absence.
"You're getting old Tooru, are those wrinkles..??"
"Shut up." He pouted, grabbing his hand mirror to check it regardless.
He stuffed it back into his pocket, where it originally came from, before taking your luggage from you and getting it in his car.
You got to the passenger side, both of you buckling your belt before he started driving.
You did have a driver, but he had his occasional days off too, and you felt absolutely 0 need to hire another one.
You were already a Vice President at your fathers huge company, but soon you would be taking over his place, as he had decided to retire at a rather unusual age. It was though having such an important job while studying abroad but you managed.
You had your own apartment in Tokyo, not staying at the family's mansion. The readon behind that being that you had no intention of meeting your mother right now.
"Thankyou for dropping me off Tooru." You thanked your brother as he helped you get your luggage in the fancy building before saying goodbye."
"I'll pick you up later tonight."
Tooru had gotten you tickets to watch a game tonight. Volleyball to be specific, keeping it close to home.
You agreed to go to dinner after the game, Hajime accompanying the two of you.
You hadn't seen him in awhile, the two of you were close, growing up around each other because of Tooru, and even ending up at the same university, though he graduated a year prior to you.
He had already found himself a promising job as an athletic trainer, working for Schweiden Adlers, and even Japan's national volleyball team as the olympics were coming up.
You had played for Shiratorizawa's girl's volleyball team in highschool, not continuing your brother's legacy at Aoba Johsai.
You had gotten many offers to go pro, even considering doing it, but you knew you couldn't displease your father like that.
You were your fathers successor, as Tooru had never even slightly shown any interest in the company and was a professional athlete on top of that, and because you were apparently the only child capable of living up to his expectations. You knew he only said that to increase your fear of failure, you were definitely not stupid.
No one really knew much about you, aside from the fact that you were Oikawa Tooru's sister and the VP of the Oikawa corporation.
you weren't as known as your older brother. He was the center of attention wherever the two of you went, he was just meant for the spotlight and that really didn't bother you much.
You liked the being able to go out without having everyone's eyes on you, you liked not having to worry about scandals, and not having to watch yourself all the time.
You liked that.
