Unohana: I've been learning to brew some tea in my spare time. 

(Y/N): You know, I can see why so many look up to you. You're like a Mom to those who are close to you. 

Unohana: Oh my, I am? I didn't really think about that. 

(Y/N): Heh. What a coincidence. 

You both sip the tea, and she kissed you. 

Unohana: Should we go inside, or- 

(Y/N): No, let's just spend a few hours out here. I'm getting used to it. 

Unohana: How wonderful. 

She giggled and put her head on your shoulder. 

Unohana: I love you, my Dear. 

(Y/N): Me too, Yachiru Unohana. I love you too.
