Kristopher got on his feet and walked around. He looked at his arm, touched himself, feeling his skin. He hadn't felt like a human in centuries.
"I have been a monster for so long that I almost forgot what it felt like to be a man." He said.
"We're so sorry about that, Kristopher. But don't worry, we plan on breaking the curse and finally freeing you. But...you won't survive it." Samson told him.
"It doesn't matter if I die. What I want more than anything is to be with my family again in the afterlife." Kristopher replied.
"The only problem is that you're human again. You already remember your humanity and trying to break the curse with you in this form would surely not work." Darryl said.
Just then, Peace gave Kristopher a signal with her eyes to act like he was just seeing the Dagger. Kristopher started to stare at her hands and the guys noticed.
"What are you looking at?" Peace asked.
"That Dagger in your hand. Is it a Witch Dagger?" Kristopher asked.
"Yes it is. It belongs to Madame Constance." Peace said to him.
Kristopher snatched the dagger out of her hand and stared at it with intensity.
"Do you know what this means? We can break the curse by destroying this Dagger." Kristopher said happily.
"What are you talking about? How does destroying the dagger break the curse?" Nelly asked.
"This Dagger contains a large amount of the Witch's power. I know for a fact that if we destroy it, it would be enough to lift the curse on the house and the curse on me." He said.
"How do you know this?" Darryl asked and moved closer.
"The spell that made me a monster also connected my mind with that of Constance. I'm aware of some things that I shouldn't know, I have knowledge about things I never studied and that's how I know that destroying this Dagger will break the curse."
"Ok then, what do we have to do?" Peace asked him and the others were desperate for him to tell them.
Peace was satisfied because she knew that Kristopher had managed to gain the trust of the children. She used her power to put the knowledge of how to perform into Kristopher's mind. He immediately knew the spells, chants, process and preparation for the spell.
"We need some chalk to draw the outline of the three pointed star on the floor. We'll also need some candles and the blood of an animal, a rat will suffice and of course, the Dagger." Kristopher said to them.
"We can find all these things all over the house if we search. I'll look for some chalk." Peace said.
"I'll go find the candles." Darryl said.
"I'll find a rat in the house." Samson said.
"And I'll stay here with Kristopher." Nelly said.
They all went their separate ways to look for the items. Constance had already prepared all the items in different parts of the house and was using her magic to lead them to the items.
.
.
Moriah ran out of the crypt and up the stairs until she got to the top of the house and then, she stopped moving.
"What is it? Why did you stop" Jennifer asked her.
"Quiet child! I'm trying to think." Moriah said to her while thinking hard about something.
