The next day, you received letters from all of them. You could feel that there was no hesitation when you read that all agreed to the idea. In fact, you felt their enthusiasm about the idea. They were glad and honored to already welcome you to the team. They even had the same idea to introduce you to the public at the celebration. Red was more than glad to hear the news and was very confident that the others are going to accept your proposal. You also sent her a letter, sharing your worry that there might be hesitation or disagreement about the idea. You were delighted to receive such positive feedbacks from them.

"Unbelievable," Merlin said from behind you. "How come they send you letters without even mentioning me."

You laughed at his childish act. "Hans did." You held up Hans' letter before tossing it to him.

"'I hope Merlin's not giving you a headache.'? I'm not that hard to manage." Merlin scoffed.

"You know he's just kidding." You told him. "Jack invited us for dinner. His Dad wanted to meet me."

"When is it?"

"On Saturday."

"That's two days from now. We better start preparing."

"Can you help me find a canvas and painting materials? I want to at least have something for them."

"Sure. I think we'll be able to find them at Golden Goose Avenue." He got up from his bed. "The horses should be ready now."

"Horses?" You asked, confused.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you. Blaise bought two horses for us yesterday. He said that we're supposed to preserve our energy during travels because you'll never know when an enemy will attack."

"Typical of him." You smiled. "He's always ready for future possibilities. Being a King really suits him."

"He did me a favor for being the eldest. I can't imagine myself ruling a kingdom."

"You're way too carefree to do that."

You grabbed your cloak and veil as you stood up from Merlin's study table.

"Do you still need those?"

"I got used to them, they feel part of me already."

"Leave the veil, you don't have to use that anymore." He took it from your hands. "I'm gonna have to tell Mom to give you a different outfit. Especially now that you are part of the Fearless Seven. We should change the name now that there's eight of us."

"We can think about that next time, I'm not yet an official member. And don't bother your mother, she's already busy with the upcoming celebration."

"Bother me with what?" You nearly jumped when you heard Queen Marilynn's voice from Merlin's doorway. "Ask me anything, I've already finished your outfits for the occasion."

"Mom! Great timing. I was thinking of asking you if you could make Y/N a new outfit. She's going to be joining us in protecting Fairytale Island. It should be within her comfort outfits so that she'll be able to fight alongside us with ease."

"Merlin!" You elbowed his gut. "There's no need to do that, really. I should be able to do that myself."

"No worries, darling. It's an honor for me to create such an important outfit for you."

"But---."

"Not a word. It'll be ready before you know it." Then she left.

"Don't worry about her. You know how much she loves designing. She even considered it to be her career if she weren't royalty. And she knows to not push herself too hard." Merlin dragged you out of his room. "Come on, let's not waste any more time."
