I see Jade leaning over to Lisa, she's going to kiss her. My heart hurts, I couldn't bring myself to witness that so I look away.

"Jennie, Lisa didn't let Jade kiss her," Jisoo whispers to me.

I turn back around and see them leaving.

"Sigh.."

Lisa:
Hi Jennie, are you free this afternoon? Can I come over?

I wake up to this message from Lisa. Did something happen? Is she okay?

Me:
Hi Lisa.. Is everything okay? Of course you can come over. Come over anytime okay? I'm home.

Lisa:
Okay, thanks.. I'll be over in an hour alright?

Me:
Sure okay.

"I swear if Jade hurts her, I'm going to kick her ass," I said to myself.

I quickly took a shower and manage to be ready in time. By the time I walk out of my room, Lisa is ringing the doorbell.

"Hey Lisa.. Come in.." I step aside for her to enter.

She removes her jacket and places them on my sofa, "Thanks for letting me come over in such short notice."

I lead her to sit on the sofa, "It's okay. Are you alright? Did Jade hurt you?"

"No no, she didn't. She helped me actually. And that's why I'm here," She replies.

"I don't understand."

"Jennie, the other night, what you said.. I.. I feel the same towards you. I was afraid to admit it. Because I didn't want to find myself falling in love with you just to get hurt. So I..." She plays with her fingers.

"So you didn't want me to fall for you?" I ask and she nods.

"I think it's too late for that. I've already fallen for you Lisa," I confess.

"Nothing happened between Jade and I. She helped me navigate my way out of all my confusion," Lisa shares.

"And are you still confuse?"

"No. I want to follow my heart, Jennie. I want to allow myself to fall in love with you if you're willing to face whatever that comes our way together."

That is by far the best thing I've heard from her.

"Lisa, I understand your fears. The fear about how the public is going to react when they know about us. Our career... I know that there are so many more uncertainties. I am afraid too. You said you didn't want a relationship that has to be a secret, I don't want that either. But I want to keep my private life, well private. Just to protect it. I'm happy to let people know that I'm with someone and who that person is but that's about it," I reach out to touch her hand.

"I completely understand that," Lisa says rubbing my knuckles with her thumb. "What do we do now?"

"Go on a date with me Lisa," I smile at her and I see her eyes light up. "Let's go now."

"Now? I'm not exactly dolled up," She replies.

"Neither am I. But all I need on a date is you, so let's go!" I hop to my feet pulling Lisa with me.

"Erm.. I just need to call Manager Jung and get security and we can go. Is it okay with you?" I ask Lisa.

"Yeah sure," Lisa replies. "Is this how you usually go out?"
