Hayley had filled Bella in on the events that had previously occurred such as Hayley getting attacked by a coven of extremist witches, The Annual Daphne street music festival, And how Klaus almost killed the witch Davina's crush.

Bella missed all of that just so she could spend one day figuring out more about her witch side, to her it was still unreal that she is a siphoner Bella always knew she had a witch side in her bloodline but she figured it would be dormant considering she had the wolf genes but she was wrong. Very wrong.

Bella learned a lot, she learned that her father did studies on siphoners and what they can siphon such as dark objects, any type of supernatural creatures, werewolf venom, and themselves if they have a vampire side. Bella also learned self-defense spells that would keep her safe if she were in danger. One last thing Bella learned about was astral projection, she even was able to try it with Hayley, and to put it as short as possible it worked and scared the poor girl who was trying to make breakfast.

The brunette stayed up practically all night trying to translate one of her father's grimoires but with no luck, she decided at some point to bring them to the witches for a clear translation. The girl was awakened by the sound of Klaus downstairs on the phone with who she believed was marcel.

"I haven't been to the Bayou in ages, I'm on my way," Klaus replies then hung up as Bella got to the bottom step and stood next to Hayley who looked at Klaus with confusion while taking a sip of her tea

"You can't go out there now. I need to gather the witches' remains and consecrate them," Sophie explains to Klaus causing the two cousins to raise their eyebrows at each other in annoyance "if I don't get to them before sundown, we lose the link to their magic." Sophie tells Klaus

"Aren't those the same witches who tried to kill Hayley?" Bella asks crossing her arms at Sophie

"I prefer for Marcel's informant not to find anything that would lead him back to us, to her, or to, you know, that," Klaus explains then proceeds to point at Hayley's stomach causing Bella to scoff and Rebekah to roll her eyes

"You are all class," Hayley replies while rubbing her stomach before taking another sip of her tea

"Stay put, and save the rest of your story till I return," Klaus tells the girls in the room before leaving four girls. Two of which in disbelief, one in annoyance, and the last one confused about why she was even there.
