CHAPTER THREE.

Rose finally had all the items you need for the steps of summoning the love God. Once she read all the steps, she decided to follow them one by one before finally praying to the love, God.

Once she was done, she created the shrine for Cupid. Putting the crystals all around the shrine and her earrings and necklaces that she loved so very much.

" OK love God I hope you can come see me soon. This is urgent. I really need to find the love of my life. Plus i sacrificed all of my favorite jewelry so I hope you would take this as a gift in return for helping me find love." She said to her shrine before going to bed.

The next day.
Rose woke up bright and early, with the light beaming in her face. This usually doesn't happen because her blinds are always closed. The only time I have lines are open or when she's awake to open them. This seems strange. She woke up right away looking around. Someone was definitely in her house. She was a little bit frightened by tried not to panic.

"Who's there?" She asked looking around.

"Me dummy. Didn't you summon me yesterday or did you forget? By the way, i love your jewelry but they're fake. How could you think of offering up fake jewelry to a God? Aren't you afraid of being cursed..?" Rose heard a female voice say.

" oh, God, you're real. You're she. As in the love God, as in Cupid." Rose said wiping her eyes to make sure she wasn't dreaming.

" well, obviously it's me. Who else would it be? Your parents are dead, you have no lover or no other family so you technically live alone and I was the only person that you summoned to be here today, so I'm the only one here."

" well, true if you wanna get technical but aren't you here a little early?" Rose asked looking at Cupid. " I don't really have a time schedule of when I work, that means that when someone summons me I come right away the next day only if they believe in me, but tell me, why did you decide to do this even though you didn't really believe in supernatural beings? Why do you all of a sudden believe in me?"

" Because I thought that maybe if I believed in something things could work out for me and you're here right now so I guess it's working. This is the only way left and I had to believe it otherwise, if I didn't, then I wouldn't really have another way to find love, and I probably wouldn't have a chance to find love ever I know it's a selfish thought but hey, at least I'm being honest right how many people can do that?" Rose told Cupid.

" You're right, not many people can be honest about how they actually feel or the reason they do things sometimes but I'm very proud of you for at least being honest."

"A lot of the times when I worked with humans to help them find love they were never really honest with me but hey, I'm glad you're honest."

"That means I can work with you better, but trust me even though I'm here and I was summoned right away it still takes time to help you find the one. So don't think this process is going to be easy because it definitely won't be."

"Sometimes I had to stay for months, even maybe years to help someone find their true love my job isn't easy and it's incredibly stressful so bear with me. I don't know how long it'll take to help you find someone, but it'll happen." Cupid explained.

"Great..thanks." Rose said smiling at Cupid.
