CHAPTER FOUR.

"So how do I really find my soulmate?" Rose asked looking at Cupid. "Well you don't find them. They find you. If you go looking for you're partner or soulmate, they might not be the one for you. Yeah you might date but it never really works. In the book of romance, that's a rule. You never go looking, it finds you." Cupid explains showing her the big book.

" does that big book really explains all the rules for romance? I mean why are there rules anyways why can't love just be simple." Rose asks Cupid. " because nothings ever simple in life it's always going to be difficult but you'll get there. Rules are set in place for a reason and we have to follow them, especially if it's about finding love. I mean hey, I'm the love expert I should know." Cupid says smiling.

" well can I ask you a question Cupid?"

" sure you can ask me anything it's what I'm here for, to help you." Cupid told rose.

" do you ever get tired of helping people find love? I mean would you ever wanna find love someday? You always help others, but have you ever thought about helping yourself find someone?"

" that's a good question I guess I never thought about it. That way I love helping people it's my job it's what I'm supposed to do I never have time to think about myself or if I should find love and no one's ever really asked me that but you seem really thoughtful. I like that about you." Cupid says blushing a bit staring at rose.

Rose laughs. " well, I just thought even you would be able to find love since you're always helping others and you deserve it as well. Everyone deserves to feel loved. Everyone deserves a chance of having love, I wish everyone can know that." Rose told Cupid.

"you're  right. Everyone deserves that chance. Since my job is to be Cupid, I've gotta help others first before thinking of myself. That's the way it is after all. when I decided to choose this job I devoted myself to helping others before thinking about myself. It's just the way it supposed to be. I'm supposed to be selfless." Cupid explained.

"Well what if they could change?" Rose asked Cupid. " wouldn't you also want to chance at finding love dislike you help others? You're a good person for choosing to help people and think about others first." Rose says hugging Cupid.

Cupid slowly pulls away from Rose. " thanks but we're getting distracted. My job is to help you find love remember we're not supposed to be talking about me right now after all you something to be here to do a job and I've gotta do it." Cupid told rose. " now get up and get ready we need to go find you some solutions." Rose nodded and got up getting ready to start her day, as Cupid waited for her.
