I woke up to Jasmine throwing up in the bathroom again. I got up and walked to the bathroom door and stood in the door way.

" well somebody's grumpy today ." I said turning on the water to get in the shower . She finished went to the sink to brush her teeth. As she was doing that I hopped in the shower.

She started laughing and walked out the bathroom.

" nah. I wanna see you when you get out 😏." She said picking up the hotel phone

When we got back Jasmine took a nap . So I when downstairs to watch the game .
2 hours later
"August."
" hm?" I said opening my eyes
" I'm hungry ." Jasmine said sitting in my lap
" hungry for what?" I said sitting for more and rubbing my eyes
" ion know , I kinda want some pizza but then again I could go for some burgers an-She said but I cut her off
"Burgers ? With a s? "I asked
"Yeah , with a s.. But I want something sweet like maybe ice cream or cake or ice AND cake ohhh no I got it ... An ice cream cake . With cherries and whip cream on top . Yeah that sounds good ."
"August !?" She said hitting me to wake up
"Yeah . Sounds good babe ." I said waking back up
"You wasn't even listening to me ." She said
"Yes I was . I heard it all .. I couldn't help but to with that Long ass list for that big ass appetite you got all of sudden." I said
" well I'm hungryyyy." She told me
" ok , I got it . You hungry damn ! I told her
" well come on grumpy pants , get up .lets go ." She said giving me a quick kiss and getting up
I sat there for a few seconds tryna fully wake up ( you know how you wake up and sit up and stare looking stupid asf That's how I was )

{ in the car }

"Are wevgoing to the store or? " I asked pulling up at a red light
" sure ." She said putting on lip gloss
" who you tryna get cute for girl ?" I said looking at her

" and salad ?" She added

15 mins later we ended up at the register.
" ok your total is... $145.45 ."
" I handed her the money and we walked to the car.

" why you yelling ?" She said walking in the room
" oh I thought you was downstairs , my bad ." I said
She came and sat on me , while I was laying back on the bed
" what chu won't ?" She said
" while I been thinking lately about the stuff you been doing and what not and I think you pregnant." I said
She looked and me and raised her eyesbrows. After five seconds she finally said something.
" August what are you talking about?" She said
I said sat up and placed my hands on her waist .
" think about it , the throwing up , sleeping and you tryna buy every piece of food in the store. I don't know if you notice but the other day you ate hot Cheetos with chocolate ice cream . " I said
" I did ? Well .... What should we do . Should we go to a doctor or go buy a home pregnancy test ?" She asked
" I mean I can go to the store real quick , and pick up one." I said
" okay , well make sure it's the right one and nothing to difficult." She said kissing me then getting up

Let's see , let's see.. E.p.t , clearblue or first response ... What is accu- clear . Shidd I ain't never seen that commercial so it must not be good .

" it's this all for tonight ?" The cashier asked ringing up the stuff.

" how bout now? " I said going back to the door
" no August , I can't pee . I need something to drink ." She said

I went downstairs to grab a bottle of water from the refrigerator and gave it to her .
3 mins laters
" what it say?"I asked as she came out the bathroom
" I peed on both and we have to wait 5 mins for the results to come back.
I swear them five mins felt like 5 hours .
She went in the bathroom
"What the hell?" She said
I went into the bathroom to see what happened
" what's happened?" I said
" one test is negative and the other one is positive." She said
" well what does that mean ?" I asked I don't know , we should just go to the doctor to get the right thing.
