Keefe pulled on his tunic and grabbed his shoes as he ran out the doors of Candleshade. He hated living there, but there really wasn't anywhere else to go. Except the Shores of Solace, but that place wasn't great either. He pulled out his pathfinder and leaped over to Mysterium. He needed to grab some stuff from Slurps and Burps. He was completely out of his hair spray, which of course was what make his hair look heavenly. But once he opened his eyes to the bustling streets, he felt a strong hand grab his wrist and pull him into a store. He locked eyes with the guy who pulled him in and was surprised to see Fitz, standing there with his teal eyes.

"What are you doing?!" Fitz asked, tightening his grip on Keefe's wrist, so he couldn't pull away.

"What do you mean what am I doing. What are you doing?" He said, signaling to his occupied wrist. He and Fitz hadn't exactly been besties since the whole dating-not-dating Sophie situation, and they had gotten a lot less close.

"I mean, what are you doing bringing Sophie into this whole mess?"

"What?"

"God, are you clueless? Just because you have mommy issues, does not in any way mean you have to endanger Sophie like this!"

"What the hell are you talking about?" Keefe said, now angry.

"Taking Sophie! Why are you bringing her into this? You need to learn to keep people safe for once."

"First off, Mr. Nice Guy, I believe Foster wanted to come? I mean, if you were paying attention, which, considering whats happening here, I guess you weren't." Keefe gave him a grim smile, mocking him.

"Don't you go on about when I pay attention and when I don't. It's none of your business what I do with Sophie and when I talk to her."

"Hmm. Thats funny. I do believe that she's my girlfriend." Keefe said, pulling Fitz closer "And by the looks of it, I don't think thats going to change for you anytime soon." Keefe whispered. Fitz brought his other non-occupied hand up to Keefe's face, and punched him. Hard. Keefe punched him back. Then, the fight broke out. Fitz grabbed his collar and Keefe grabbed Fitz's. Keefe pushed him to the ground, and they were practically wrestling when a certain someone walked in.

"What is going on?!" Sophie shrieked when she saw what was happening. They both froze, Keefe on top of Fitz, Fitz mid-punch, Keefe at his throat.

"I repeat, what. Is. Going. On?!" Sophie asked, stalking toward them and pulling them off each other, dropping her satchel. She pushed them apart and they both looked at the floor, like a mom getting mad at her boys.

"I walk into the clothing shop, to grab some new tunics, and I see my ex and my boyfriend on top of each other, fighting like 10 year old boys!"

"Sorry." Keefe said, still staring at the floor.

"Are you guys okay?" She said, pushing Keefe's face up with her hand. He suddenly felt very aware of his black eye. Sophie turned her attention to Fitz, who also had a similar bruise, but it was on his neck. Their clothes were completely crumpled, and they both were definitely bleeding.

"Mhm. I'm.. gonna go." Fitz said, responding to Sophie, but not looking at her. What a jerk, Keefe thought. Fitz briskly walked out of the store, and Sophie grabbed Keefe's hand and pulled him out of the store as well. Then, she grabbed her home crystal, tightened her grip on Keefe's hand, and pulled them both into the light.
