Elias pov~
For the past couple of nights cho has been having these extreme nightmares. Like extreme. He'd be screaming and crying, while thrashing around during those bad dreams.
It had started out being one a night and not that extreme, then it just got worse. To the point where he didn't want to go to sleep at all it became a great effort to get him to calm down after these little episodes.
"Cho, oh my baby cho what's wrong. I'm here baby don't be scared"
Cho had once again awoken from his nap, a nap that consisted of an hour and that was long enough to get him into a terrible nightmare.
"Dada"
Cho was crying, and clutching onto my shirt pushing his face into my T-shirt covered chest, it was the thing that comforted him the most.
We were currently on the rocking chair in his bedroom it is 2:09pm his nap time only started at half one the nightmares were coming fast and we're hurting my baby so bad.
"Yes my little cho I'm here nothing to worry about"
I hug cho closer to my body as he snuggled and put his head into the crook of my neck. I knew I needed to do something to take his mind off of these horrible nightmares. My friend who cho hasn't met told me about sleeping pills, I quickly rejected that choice I was not going to let my baby live of drugs.
Me and Mateo were talking about how we can go on holiday sooner then we arranged it as it wasn't a problem when we were going it's getting there. We would have to rearrange everything from the flights to the hotel.
"Elias? Cho?"
"Mateo we are in here"
"Oh wow the two most beautiful people in the whole world are here, just sitting right in front of me"
"Oh, Don't make me blush Mateo"
When Mateo came into the room he noticed that cho was calm so he had quietened down a little while he was talking as to not scare him.
"Oh baby did you have a bad dream? Do you want some milk, it will make you feel so much better"
I gently turned cho around so he was facing Mateo. He smiled upon seeing and hearing him, happy to see his papa.
Cho held his arms out so that Mateo would take him and so he can say yes to some milk.
"Wes peas papa"
When cho had said that I had to strain my ears to hear him, that's how much these nightmares have been take a toll on him.
While I stay seated in cho's room on his chair Mateo had started to talk about what kind of milk he wanted. If he wanted it to be really sugary or have a a bit of honey in it. Well, We all know cho will be wanting honey in his warm milk, as it was 2:16pm and that was cho's last nap of the day he needs some extra sugar in his system to keep him going. We don't want to ruin his sleep schedule and we knew that the nightmare had kept him awake half way threw his nap.
"Honey p-peas papa"
After cho had stopped crying and hyperventilating he only had to deal with little sniffles every now and then. My heart ached for my little baby, I know mateos does as well.
Mateo had left the room to get the milk done for cho while I was still sat with him in my lap, rocking gently.
"Baby would you please tell daddy what that bad dream was about?"
I asked cho in a calm voice to not startle him from this quiet situation. Cho will only get more bothered each time he goes to sleep, he's just too scared to tell me.
