Chapter 26

Elias's pov~

It's been two days since we had all gone to the zoo, cho had went hours talking about each and every animal we had saw once he had woken up from his nap. Which me nor Mateo didn't mind at all.

For the past few weeks we have had to postpone our holiday because of the incidents we have had to deal with but finally we would be going in another two days time, Tuesday which I am so excited for, mateos excited and also cho is excited.

We have had to gone through our clothes that we have, which isn't enough, such as we don't have swimming shorts or tops to go out in so we would have to go shopping tomorrow but for today we would have to continue looking through our closets.

Cho is currently still asleep in his crib as well as Mateo still being asleep in our bed, he was late to bed last night due to looking for the leader of the Elapidae, Dolton who is still currently in hiding but mateos undercover gang member is still on the look for him.

Since I was the first person awake I had already done the cleaning, such as doing the washing up and moping the floors. I  have also done breakfast which would be ready for Mateo and cho to come down. It's either they wake themselves up or I'll make them wake up.

It turned out they had woken themselves up, which I am most thankful for since I do not want to nag them or hear them complain about the day ahead.

"Mornin baby"

Mateo says his mornings while coming into the kitchen, holding cho. He came over and gave me a kiss on the cheek and brought us all in for a little hug together.

"Mor'in dada!"

Cho made his presence known by shouting right into my ear which made me squint away, not too much to make him think I am frightened of him but enough to get away from the screech that had came from his mouth. At least he isn't angry or sad.

"Good morning little cho, how did you sleep?"

Cho nodded his head whilst bouncing in his papas arms,which means a good yes to my question.

"Sit down, sit down breakfast is ready"

I say as I gently push Mateo over towards the table in the middle of the room, whilst he was holding cho in his arms.

"Alrighty Alrighty I'll go over, no need to push me Elias"

Mateo said in a playful voice, clearly playing and not being serious. Quickly he went quiet at seeing his full English breakfast sitting on the table already getting slightly cold from waiting for him. Also cho's breakfast already had been set on his high chair waiting to be eaten, or thrown, either one.

"Thank you darling you always know what food I fancy in the morning and get it right every time"

Mateo said as he began to dig into the sausages that had been coated in beans before. Cho was just still sitting in his high chair picking at the egg I had made and cut up.

I walked over to Mateo and started to play with his hair,knowing he enjoyed it in the morning.

"It's no bother Mateo, I fancied this, this morning too I've already ate mine so I'm all full"

I gave Mateo a kiss on the fire head and went over to the sink to continue washing up the pots and pans that had been previously left there.

"Dis ummy dada ummy ummy in my tummy de best"

I let out a low chuckle at cho's song and looked over to him giving him the biggest smile, to which he had returned but just having mushed up food in his mouth.
