Chapter 21

Elias pov~

"Good night cho, sleep tight"

"Nigh~ nigh~ dada n papa"

"Night my precious angel"

We were all saying goodnight to cho, me and Mateo while he was all snuggled up in his crib ready for bedtime. We had already read him half a book of Snow White and the seven dwarfs. He's addicted to that story.

"Shh"

I mutter under my breath when I see cho slowly get agitated by the way he was sleeping. I didn't want him to wake up so a quick shush would hopefully quiet him down.

"This morning when you were downstairs with David and Susan cho was saying things about the old place he used to stay at"

Me and Marius where downstairs having a cup of tea on the couch, White House down being on the tv, great movie. We were clutched onto each other, hugging when I found this was the right time to tell him what cho told me.

He gave me a questionable look as to what I said so I carried on.

"So, I was trying to get him talk about the old people he knew and he explained that there would be five people, maybe more with snake tattoos on their arm, uh I think he said they were black and white"

There was a moment of silence, he was definitely wondering what group their apart of, which I had already texted and asked jimmy, cho's uncle about it.

"They are called Elapidae they aren't known by many people and are secretive. They have men who keep quiet about anything and everything. We can find them and get rid of them all."

Mateo grabs my hand in his, his eyes glossy. I want to kill them all, while I know he just wants to keep his baby cho safe in his arms and not get in trouble. I want them all gone.

"If we get involved with them, Elias you do know it could go downhill"

Mateo just thought about the negatives in this situation. We needed to avenge for cho's suffering. I'm not going to take no for an answer.

"Mateo, we have a strong group. They won't go down without a fight we need to do something we need to do it soon and fast. What about the other people they may be doing this to? Are we just going to leave them to get hurt or even worse killed?"

Mateo sighs knowing I'm right mad we need to get into a building that they own. And soon. We just don't know where they are or if there's many people.

"Ok, Elias I know, I know. Why don't we plan everything our get to know everything about their group and what they do, get in and out straight away"

"You know, Mateo it's not as simple as that"

I say taking a sip of my semi-warm tea.

"I'll go talk to the group, ok I'll solve it. But we will have to push back the holiday we were talking about, you do know that?"

"Yes I remember, I'll stay here with cho today you can go and find the group to meet up. I want them people who treated cho terrible to be up and out of this world by next week."

"Yes baby, I do too they'll be gone before you know it"

Mateo leaned down to kiss my forehead, it being in the middle of night and cho being asleep for a few hours, we both know it's time for us to go to bed. We have a king day tomorrow.
