Laenerys rode fast to Dragon stone on the back of her red scaled dragon,
Rhae who roared and screeched as she landed beside Syrax who was in the dragon pit.The girl quickly jumped off her dragon before running into the castle and storming the halls making her way to find her sister to tell her off the news of her wed to which she full heartedly disagreed to having never even met the man. What if he was cruel? Her thoughts dwelled on what he could be like.
She sought out her sister to try and find some kind of advice that no one in Kings Landing could give to her as she did not trust them all enough. Her true family lay where ever her sister was and whenever her sister was in her presence which was rare considering she had a big family now.
"Sister!" The young girls voice called out as she made her way down the stein steps into the map room where her sister stood holding he pregnant belly with Daemon stood beside her,
Joffrey her three year old son in his arms and Jace and Luke stood looking at the massive Map carved into a table in the middle of the hall."Laenerys are you alright? This is a sudden visit." Sh said while smiling to her sister yet her voice had a hint of concern in it.
"I wish to speak to you alone sister." She said quickly and she continued to walk over to where she stood as she spoke. "Please."
Rhaenyra nodded to her two boys and Daemon to leave and all three of the men then excited the room leaving hrr and her sister to finally talk after around a year of not seeing one another.
"You look well Laen." Her sister used the girls nickname form when they were children once again. "I missed you." She continued.
"As did I."
"Why is it you have come all the way over here without word?" Rhaenyra asked her sister slightly worried as she held her large bump with one of her hands.
"Did you know of my marriage."
"What?" Her sister face dropped as she stared back to her little sister.
"No I was not aware that you were to be wed.""Well I am." Laenerys started to explain the situation. "Father told
Me earlier today."Rhaenyra then cut her sister of form
speaking anymore as she brand her into a hug. Holding her tight and lovingly as if a Mother would held their child."It will be alright." She told her little sister in a soft tone as she kissed the top of her head before the two realised each other from the tight hug.
"Who are you to be wed to." Rhaenyra asked. "If it is some old lord than I shall kill Father myself." She joked but in an defensive tone.
"I am to be wed to Cregan Stark of Winterfell."
Much like Laenerys reaction to herself being told of the wed he sisters mouth also dropped in surprise.
The Starks were a great and powerful house in the North and had a great army and even greater fighters and reputation. Especially Cregan Stark the young he was said to have already fought in many battles despite his young age hence his name.
"Cregan stark?" Rhaenyra had to repeat it to make sure she had heard her younger sister right to which Laenerys just nodded as she closed her eyes and sighed loudly.
Her sister noticed the girls stress and tried to calm her down for a few minutes before there conversation of the wed started up once again.
"At at least he is not some old cow." Rhaenyra joked trying to make light of her sister's current situation.
"But it is not what I wish." Laenerys said while pointing to herself.
"Well I did not wish to be married to Laenor nor did Mother wish to marry Father and yet we were all happy." Rhaenyra told her sister agian trying to make everything seem better than it was.
"You and Laenor had an open relationship and Mother is dead!"
"Laen it might seem unfair but it is every persons duty in this family to marry at some point."
"It is unfair. You didn't have to marry until you were at least two years older than me!"
Her sisters words only made her even angrier she had thought that she would have understood but she did not. It was no use in trying to say anything to either of the sisters when they were both angry and mad. So Laenerys simply exited the room once more and went back to her dragon to ride home.
It had seemed even her sister who she looked for in trust and had confided in could not even help her now. So she would just have to help herself.
