"Hey," Trisha waved enthusiastically at her friends. Standing next to her was Alisha, showing a peace sign while sticking her tongue out.

"Hey there," Alyson said and Michella ran to Alisha. "Oh you look so pretty in the school uniform."

"Nah, uniforms are lame," Alisha nagged.

Florenzia giggled and then asked, "How was your god initiation?"

"Boring," Alisha murmured. "I thought it would be more, unless I stand before the goddess Arcanciel and she explains the world of the gods to me."

"What's boring about that?" Trisha asked quietly from behind the two and Alyson and Michella giggled. Finally the redhead said: "It's just a completely different world. We're just normal people. Although...Alyson isn't."

"Yeah yeah yeah," Alyson said, sticking her tongue out at her. "Well, nobody in this group is normal."

Arriving at Moon Academy, Alisha asked, "Can... can I spend the breaks with you guys?"

"Are you still asking?" asked Florenzia and Trisha threw her arms around Alisha's neck. "You are always welcome with us."

Alisha smiled and made her way to find her classroom. In her mind she hoped that the others would accept her as Moonix Girl. On the other hand, she would never dare to ask the others.

In the hallway of the Moonix Girls' classroom, Amy walked without looking and rummaged through her bag. She bumped into someone. To make matters worse, a fifth year witch - not just any.

"Look out, clumsy oaf," Amy's sister hissed next to the white-haired witch the youngest had bumped into. "Aren't you going to apologize?"

"It depends," Amy said. "Did you steal my vision notebook again this morning?"

The white-haired witch brushed the non-existent dirt from her skirt. "Apparently your father didn't teach you any manners."

"Yeah, my mom's better at teaching her manners," Amy countered, staring at her white-haired stepsister in amusement, "but you know more about her violent upbringing than I do, Agnes."

Her stepsister snorted and Margret pulled the notebook over Amy's head.

"Tell me, are you crazy?", the younger one cried and grabbed her notebook.

"Go away," Margret growled. "I don't want to be seen with you."

Amy didn't need to be told that a second time and ran into the classroom. Directly behind her came Michella, who didn't want to go to her locker or the toilet, and didn't need a coffee.

"Wasn't that your sister?" she asked since the two were still alone.

"Depends who you ask," Amy hissed, looking through her notebook. She sighed with relief when she saw that Margret hadn't changed anything. Then she added, "Besides... what's that to you?"

"Well", murmured Michella. "That wasn't very nice of her."

Amy laughed falsely, "And now you're amazed that my beloved sister and my even more beloved stepsister can be mean. Am I not right? Open your eyes! The two are sneaky. Maybe they won't work for the mistress of darkness someday, but they will certainly work around her. I would bet. Now mind your crap."

Michella said nothing more and sat down with a soft sigh. Amy had never liked the Moonix Girls. They had known each other since elementary school. Except for Florenzia. She had known Amy before and it was said the two had been friends at one time. But Michella, who came last in this group, only knew the rumors. Amy and Florenzia didn't talk about what happened between them. They only attacked each other. But not this morning. Florenzia was in too good a mood to even glance at Amy.
