The Sorting Hat was sitting on little Scorpius Malfoy's head for less than 5 seconds before screaming "GRYFFINDOR!". The Great Hall is dead silent for about 10 seconds until the Potter/Weasley clan stand up on all the house tables and start clapping and cheering for Scorpius who's nearly in tears from embarssment. The Gryffindor table then lose themselves and starts chanting "MALFOY! MALFOY!" as he makes his way to the House of scarlet and gold.
