Chapter thirteen - sick?
Rye teleports Jane to another bed in the room, then looks at me with worry.
" She's probably okay. It depends on how much sleep she's been getting. " Rye says as she checks the machines that she hooked up to Jane. 
“ Oh, this is really bad… “ Rye says, turning to me and I can see tears streaming down her face.
“ H-hey d-don’t cry- “ I say, hugging her, pulling her head into my chest, I run my fingers through her hair.
" Why am I crying? I'm not sad, just concerned. " She says, wiping away her tears.
I pick her up and put her on a bed.
“ Get some rest, I will watch her, “ I tell her.
" But- " She starts but I interrupt her.
" No buts. Sleep. " I say.
And surprisingly she doesn't argue.
" Fineee… I'll try, I guess. " She says, laying down and pulling the covers over her, falling asleep immediately.
I kiss her on the forehead before walking to a chair close to Jane’s bed.
Jane got up a few hours after I sat down and looked at me. Her eye color was different and her horns grew, ripping through her beanie.
" What happened? " She asks me in a whisper.
“ You passed out- “ I start to explain when I noticed her eyes and horn situation “ What happened to your eyes? Why are they a different color? “ I ask.
“ They change in different hues, “ she tells me in a whisper.
“ Is that the same for your horns? “ I ask her.
“ OH NO! “ She yells a little too loud and Rye wakes up and starts crying.
“ Why are you crying, gurl? “ Jane asks teleporting to Rye and sneezes and her form changes multiple times. 
Rye quickly wipes her tears and looks over at Jane.
" I can already tell you're sick. Bed. Now. " Rye says, pulling Jane to the bed with her. 
“ Go fu#k yourself. “ Jane says turning away from Rye
" Too bad, so sad. I've already been fu#ked sis. " Rye replies calmly.’
“ Mhm, and how did that end out for you? “ Jane replies, closing her eyes
" Uh. Pregnant. Okay. " Rye says, quickly getting off the bed. " So, you're def sick. "
“ fu#k you. Im perfectly- “ sneeze “ fine,” Jane says
" As I said, sick. I just have to find a cure. And what sickness you have so I can find said cure. " Rye says, and she starts rambling on about what sickness Jane has.
“I am not sick. My people don’t get sick! We just get like this if we use too much power and do not get enough sleep! So as I said I'm fine! “ Jane argues 
" YOU ARE SICK JANE! JUST LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE! " Rye snaps.
… WHY THE FU#K IS SHE HOT WHEN SHE YELLS
“ KEEP YOUR WEIRD A$$ THOUGHTS IN YOUR HEAD “ Jane yells sleepily looking at me 
" I- Did you forget that you can read minds 'cause he didn't say anything? " Rye says.
“ I am just telling him to keep it in his head and not out his fu#king mouth like how does anyone think someone yelling is hot… like what? “ Jane says sneezing occasionally 
“ SERIOUSLY JANE! WHY DID YOU JUST TELL HER WHAT I WAS THINKING! THAT IS PERSONAL “ I shout at her only to realize afterward she had fallen asleep
“ goodnight babe, see you in the mornin’, “ Rye says as she gets into another bed and falls asleep
I get into the bed with Rye and she moves, she is cuddling me now. If I had any intention to get out of bed it's all gone now.
I catch a glimpse of a portal before falling asleep
~ In da mornin’ ~
I wake up in the room alone.
“ I TOLD YOU TO GET SLEEP NOT TELEPORT AND DO THINGS! “ I hear Rye scream 
“ AND I TOLD YOU IM NOT SICK! “ I hear Jane shout back still sneezing occasionally
Then I see Mikey run past the room
I get up to see what is happening 
I get out of the room and run into Mia
“ Sorry… I didn’t mean to bump into you “ Mia says flinching as I went to help her up
“ You do- “ I say as I see her flinch 
Anger builds up in me and I don't know why. I start thinking of Jane and Rye and then Jane teleports to me and Rye follows
“ Why do you look angry? “ Jane asks me but I can’t form words so I tell her another way.
“ WHAT THE FU#K DID MOM AND DAD DO WHEN I LEFT!? “ Jane yells looking at Mia but not directing her anger at Mia
“ WHERE IS HE? “ Jane asks
“ The dungeon. “ Mia replies 
Jane then passes out and falls onto Mia
Mia looks at both of us with worry
“ Why didn't you tell me? “ Mia asks Rye
“ I didn't know where you were and it started last night. “ Rye replies
“ Is this why you have been telling her she is sick? “ Mia asks Rye while picking up Jane and walking her to her room
She looks at us as if telling us to follow her.
We get into the room and the color changes from the normal white light to a dark-colored teal.
- Welcome Jane, Mia, Rye, and Donnie -

" guessing by your face you have never been in this room before. Well her room knows things about you, and it can do things like this. " Mia says then drops Jane on the bed and the bed covers go over Jane, tucking her in
- Here is your coffee Mr. Donnie - 
I take the cup and take a drink, this is normal coffee, this room is awesome!
I notice Mia and Rye looking at each other, they seem to be having a conversation with their eyes.
- would you like anything else? -
“ No thank you- Actually could you tell us everything that Jane does at night? “ Mia replies to the rooms question
- usually, Ms. Jane goes into her second room from 7:20 to 12:00. I don't know what she does in there but she always looks like she is going to pass out afterward. Did that answer your question? -
“ Can you show us where her second room is? “ Mia asks
“ It is right next to her closet door… “ Rye says quietly
- Ms. Rye is correct -
And so we go into the room to find burn marks on the wall and blood stains everywhere, some empty glass bottles were laying around as well as a book, I go over to the book to see what it is, it looks like a diary
~Jane’s POV~
There was darkness, I could hear everything that was going on but I couldn't see anything, Mia was bringing me to my room at that moment, there were other footsteps following but I didn't know who until my room said
- Welcome Jane, Mia, Rye, and Donnie -
Donnie was for sure going to question me as soon as I woke up, they were talking and stuff, all normal but then they mentioned my other room… I wish I was awake so I could stop them but I can't until I am better and by then it will be too late, they will all know…
