Chapter two - multiverse problem
~Sam's POV~
" When is she going to get her lazy butt over here to help us? " I said angrily waiting for Jane
" I'm here " Jane says after walking out of a portal... Without her beenie
" Where in the multiverse is your beenie? " I ask her, angered that she didn't have it on while she was traveling through universes and such
" No idea " she replied with a giggle that she knew I hated, I was about to slap her when Rye stopped me
" Rye? What in the multiverse do you think your doing? She deserves it stop trying to stop me " I scream at her
" Chill out sis " Rose said while hanging from the ceiling
" Not now sis. Not now " I say storming off. I don't have the patience to deal with them right now
" Uhhh whats with her? She usually doesn't show any emotion. She isn't usually angry either, what's wrong? What happened? " I hear Jane ask the others before I walk out of the room
~Mellow's POV~
Everyone is arguing all the time now-a-days and no one needs me.... They can't even understand me. What is wrong with me?
"Squeak" I tried to say ' what's wrong ' but it's only squeaks.
" Not right now Mellow " mom says
Wait she isn't wearing her beenie... I can go get it for her maybe then they will think I can do stuff and not think I am just a useless marshmallow
I teleprt into a room of turtles that look human ish... More mutants to tell me I'm worthless and tell me to get lost... Yay...  and I teleprt next to a purple one.. I take the hat and apologize and explain even though they won't understand me it was worth a shot anyway...
I teleprt back to the lab to see it empty, they didn't even realize I was gone, shocker I went to my room after setting the beenie on mom's desk with a not saying it was from me.
I don't know when I fell asleep but I woke up to mom screaming
" OH NO OH NO OH NO OH NO OH NO. " mom screams while running around the void and lab and our rooms " green is calling me, what in the multiverse am I going to do? "
Auntie Rye took the phone from her answered it and gave it back to her
~Jane's POV~
" H-hello? " I say regretting everything from yelling to saying that line
" Hi. Who is this and why do I have your number? " April said from the other side
" Th- this is Jane and uhhh. I don't know why you have my number. " I lied.
" H. Hi Jane " April said going from confused and angry to friendly.
" Y-yeah and you are? " I lied once again to continue it
" It's April "
" A-ah yes April. How are you? "
" Good, how about you? " I heard some explosion or something in the background. April covered her phone and then uncovered it " so yeah how are you? "
" Uhh good, what's going on over there? " Then mellow starts squeaking next to me
"What's that squeaking noise? "
" Shut up mellow, I'm on the phone. Go bother Rye or something. " I say forgetting I was on the phone with April
" Uh sorr- " I say and hang up
" RYEEEEE WE HAVE A PROBLEM " I yell across the void after hanging up with April
" Wassup " Rye says appearing out of nowhere
" Mellow needs to go to her room. She bothered me while I was on the phone with A- uh someone " I tell her
" Who is A? You met someone? Is it a crush? " Rye said, bothering me as well
" Uhh it's no one and def not a crush. It's just a random human I met in a new world. "
" I wanna meet them! Or her! Or him! Whatever their pronouns are! " She was bouncing up and down
" Okayyy fine, Mellow needs to go to bed first though " I say
" Okie-dokie! Come on mellow, I'll tuck you in and read you a story "
Mellow squeaks in delight but looks at me disappointed...
" Oh and before you go, make sure to tell Sam and Rose to meet in the lab for a meeting after putting Mellow to bed ofc " I tell rye then walk to the lab
