The early hours of the next morning are quiet, scarily so. None of the Avengers are awake to witness the shadow creeping through the dark hallways. The shadow didn't make a sound while it traveled. A small ray of moonlight filters through the window and lights up a small sliver of a hallway. The shadow passes through the light, revealing a sleek, fur covered being leisurely strolling through the hallway with no specific destination. This goes on for a while. Then the being stops, turning its head towards a hallway to its left, listening. The being follows the sound it heard, its speed increasing from a slow stroll to a jog. Halting to a stop, the creature sits down in front of a door, waiting. The door creaks open, allowing a stream of light to reveal the being sitting in the hallway. "Jesus fuck!" A voice exclaims in fright. "Noku, don't do that." Natasha whispers breathlessly, holding a hand over her heart. She had a small heart attack when she opened her door to just see Noku sitting behind her door and staring up at the general direction of Natasha's head. Something akin to a grin grows on Noku's face as she stands up and rubs her snout on Natasha's side. "Why are you even awake at... 5:30 in the morning?" Natasha asks the dragon as she starts walking towards the kitchen, wanting to get some food in her system before having her morning training. 'Ayraith sleeping. I have a lot of energy.' Noku tells the redhead she is following. Natasha hums, taking a container of strawberries and grapes from the fridge. "You want to come for a run with me? We can go to the gym afterwards?" Natasha asks the dragon, cutting an apple to give Noku along with the strawberries and grapes. She watches how Noku starts munching and picks up an apple for herself. 'Yes, Natasha, I would like that.' The two fall silent for the rest of the breakfast before Natasha leads them outside, having already been wearing her workout clothes. "Alright, I usually run to the backside of the compound before taking the trail in the forest. You think that is good?" The russian asks, not really sure if the route is good for the dragon as it goes beside some of the flower plantings. Her worries are slightly dissipated when Noku nudges her forward, a silent order for her to start moving. Amused, Natasha huffs and places her water bottle down before starting lightly jogging. "Tell me immediately if your allergies start acting up. Now come on, let's run." Natasha speeds up a little, going from a light jog to a decent pace of running. At first she doesn't even hear- or see- Noku but after a few seconds the dragon appears to her side, trotting happily. Trotting. Natasha huffs and speeds up, wanting the dragon to run. Noku speeds up too, now lightly running alongside almost sprinting redhead. In the forest trail Natasha jumps over a couple of fallen trees and watches as Noku jumps over them with grace. Without knowing that she is blind, one would never know based on her actions. They go the route for a couple more times before calling it quits. Natasha is positively surprised how nice it is to run with the dragon, at least for now as who knows how much she is still going to grow. "Let's head to the gym now, shall we?" Natasha speaks up after taking a sip of her water. Happily Noku steals Natasha's water before chugging it and starting to run towards the doors of the compound, causing Natasha to yell with a laugh. "Hey! That was mine!"
A while later in the morning Wanda wakes from her slumber. She gets ready for the day and heads to Noku's room, thinking that the dragon is probably still asleep, knowing that Noku sleeps whenever she has the opportunity. She gets surprised though as the dragon's room is vacant, the owner not in sight. Wanda heads down to the kitchen, Noku might be there waiting for her breakfast. That is not the case however as Wanda can see a plate that has some juices from berries in the sink. Even more confused in her sleepy state, Wanda calls for the AI. "JARVIS? Where is Noku?" She asks and after a second of silence the AI answers her. "She is currently in the gym with Miss Romanoff. Shall I inform them that you asked for Noku?" "No, that won't be necessary. Thank you." The Sokovian makes breakfast for herself, knowing that the young dragon is safe and sound with Natasha. She takes her time eating before strolling towards the gym, pausing when a loud thud can be heard from the room. Wanda jogs the last few meters and slams the door open, only to freeze in her place. There on a mat, Noku is scrambling to her feet as Natasha waits in a fighting stance. Wanda clears her throat from her place at the door, causing Natasha to turn to her. Noku, however, does not pay attention and tackles Natasha to the ground, the two of them sliding a short distance before the dragon places her front paws on Natasha's upper body to keep her on the ground. As Natasha groans and pushes Noku's snout away, Wanda speaks up. "So, care to explain what I just walked into?"
