(Toriguel) Heart to Heart

Getting my life back together

Tory's POV:
It was a good day. I decided to put Miguel in the friend zone for now until I get my life back on track. I was taken under custody of my dad Mike Barnes. It took a while for me to trust him and to get used to him, but it was either him or my aunt Kandace.
My Mom had recently just passed, she lived a good life, just wish it lasted longer. I had also recently joined Miyagi-Fang I had too because if  I didn't Miguel was going to bug me about it for the rest of my life. But it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, me and Sam are becoming great friends and me and Hawk were as close as we were back in Cobra kai. Things were a little awkward between me and Robby tho but we still hang out a lot, we even got on the balance deck together, we fell a couple times tho but we got it eventually. Although things were going well, last night was when I started getting nightmares. Kim de eun my Ex Sensei. Or should I say Ex abuser? I don't know. All I know is that I was back at the old dojo and the moment I broke my hand kept playing in my head but the only difference was I broke much more than that. Kim de eun is like a mosquito.No matter how many times you try to swat it, it always comes back, and she came back Every.Single.Time.

Miguel's POV:
I laid across the bean bag in The corner of Torys bedroom. I sighed as I thought about going back to school tomorrow.
"Hey?" Tory looked over at me.
"Yeah?" I said.
"Are you nervous about going back to school tomorrow?" She asked me. I shrugged.
"I mean I'm not happy about but, it's whatever." I responded. She looks down at her hand. "Are you?" I ask.
She hesitated. "Kinda. I mean the whole video of me breaking my hand is all over the internet" she said. "Tomorrows gonna be rough" she sighed
"You know I won't let anything happen to you" I reassured her. I chuckled to myself as she turned bright red.
"So you wanna talk about what happened between us back at Cobra Kai?" She asked. I looked at her confused, until I remembered.
"You really want to?" I asked. I was a little nervous but I didn't show it. I don't want our friendship to be ruined.
"I mean we don't have to but I think it needs to be situated" she said. I stood up and walked toward and sat next to her.
"So is this gonna be good or bad?" I asked.
"Depends. Do you want to get back together?" She asked. My heart started to beat. But out of excitement.
"I mean of course I do but only if you're ready" I told her. She smiled at me and rolled her eyes.
"Of course I want to get back together. I just want to know if you are 100% committed and this is not just because you and Sam broke up." She said. That broke me knowing that she didn't 100% trust me, I get it, that's the sad part. I really do love Tory and I would wait 100 years or more for her. I knew the night at prom I missed her.
"Tory I'm 100% committed, I will do what ever it takes and I will wait if that's what you want me to do" I took her hands.
"That's all I need to know Miguel" she smiled at me.
Before I could speak she grabbed the back of my head and pulled me in to a deep kiss. I held on to her as I kissed back. I pulled away and smirked.
"I knew you couldn't resist me" I said Confidently. She laughed at me.
"Shut up and kiss me" she said. And I did just that.
