"How much?" I asked the lady on the counter about the price of the bread in my hand.
"It'll be $1"
I paid her the money and started walking away. I took a bite and was disgusted by the taste. The bread was spoiled.
"Umm excuse me.. can I get another one, this one is spoiled." I asked in a polite tone.
"You must've eaten it and now you're going to blame the cafeteria staff for it." She gave the bread back rudely. I don't want to cause any scene here, guess what? I'll just leave.

"You broke the food safety laws by selling food that's passed it's expiration date. I took a picture of it and I'm planning on posting it on the school forum. You think you'll still have a business left?"I think I know who the owner of the voice was.
"Whatever... Just take another and leave." The lady hid her head in embarrassment since all the other students were staring at her too.
"You didn't have to do that, Yeonjun." I sighed before leaving the place.
"Why do you sound so sad?" Yeonjun questioned as he matched his steps with mine.
"I really miss Bahiyyih.. she is the only friend I have." I spoke while we walked through the hallway.
"Only friend?" He repeated the word, sounding like he was offended.
"Only 'Female' friend" I answered and laughed at his behaviour. Although this wasn't really new for me, I get surprised everytime he reacts like that.
"By the way? where are the others?" I asked as we reached the main gate.
"They said they are going to be here soon- oh there they are." Yeonjun said pointing at the 3 figures who were coming closer to us.
"We should probably be home guys- where's Hyuka tho?" Yeonjun asked the guys who had their sad face on.
"He's gone again?" I asked but I surely think I already knew the answer.
