Chapter 7 : Quality Time Secret Lovers

|| N's POV ||
J forgave me last time but I couldn't get that warning out of my head. Knowing that I usually get warnings about overheating, it's description about my files getting corrupted made me a tad bit worried. It's only a matter of time before I could join those two to kill some drones.
Well, I decided to leave it be since nothing can be helped. My system could just.. clean it, right?

I spread my wings, drifting away and hoping I wasn't too late in the killing. It was real cold, on the other hand, I immediately spotted V with a worker's  head in her claws. J saw me signalling I'd land right beside them.

|| J's POV ||
As I saw N signal where he was landing, he had some weird expression on his screen. It seemed like a 'worried' face. I don't mind eitherway, he's head is somewhere.
Earlier, I stated to V about him getting a small warning last time. It wasn't bothering me until It started changing his behaviour. Usually he'd kill normally, now he does it more often. Hell, what could N be even on?

We broke inside and found a pretty good amount of living drones. One of them ran away, they probably need therapy at that point and would never step out of their room again.
Well it's pretty obvious, considering we do give 'free trauma'.
After a bit of hanging out, N scurried off more earlier. It sometimes just annoys me.

"Hey J, don't ya think his schedule is off?" V asked to me, startled. "Oh yeah, I kinda realized that"

"I mean, he has plenty of time to stay yet he leaves us first" I said afterwards.

|| V's POV ||

  That damn weirdo, I feel like he's onto something but just disguises it as a normal time schedule. I feel like going past his boundaries BUT I'm being really nice and will just take a peek. It can't be that bad, right? Just take a peek?

I'd probably be wrong eitherway.

J wasn't satisfied yet, so I followed N right after. She always finishes last when she kills the right amount.
I went back to the pod but didn't find N anywhere. Where could he be? I tried looking behind the pod and found him lying down.
"N, you ok?" I asked while poking his head. He was shut down, but how and why? Never seen him shut down just behind the pod either. Seeing him outside like this was just stupid. I decided I should carry him inside.

Bad idea, he was heavy. VERY heavy, hated every moment of having to pull him up. I could've just stayed with J.
Atleast I got him sitting down on a chair, so it looks believable that he's 'asleep'?
I wonder what J's doing now..

|| N's POV || 《what he experienced》

Overthinking on the way to the pod, I started thinking if I should confess to V. Earlier, I heard a 'radio' from one of those humans. I heard only a little but..

"Confess your love this February! We know that Valentine's Day is perfect for you to say who you like!"

Well all I know is Valentine's day is still far.. February 14? I can't really confess to V that quickly, considering she'd find me weird already

But hey, It's not a bad idea to say I like her or something- It's just that maybe she'll say no.

I spotted the pod, but before I could even land, my system started shutting down. It took over me and I hit the side. I couldn't control myself either

I woke up and saw V, just laying down on the floor. "Well you're awake" she rolled her eyes back. "Why we're you just shut down outside?? It's not like you we're sleeping there, right?"
"No? It's just nothing.."
I just sat there away from V who was complaining about random stuff. It could've been okay to confess to her right now, but I already know she wont like me.

"And why would they even install a hUgE useless door that can't even prevent us from coming in? It's like the most dumbest thing ever!" V continued.
It was funny hearing her babbling about problems.
She didn't get tired even one bit. I started blushing on my screen quite a little.

|| V's POV ||

"You know, it's really annoying how we have to chase the other drones down when you've pinned one to yourself!" Complaining is one thing I've been doing since J hasn't come back yet.
I've been liking it for long.
I wanted to know if there was any cool day-offs or events that could happen in the exoplanet, but that wouldn't happen eitherway.
I felt like heating up, but in a good way? That's real bad, I hate heating up and exploding! I didn't mind anyway.

Me and N eventually got bored and fell asleep waiting for J who took SO long.

|| J's POV ||

Well, I was only standing outside the pod doing nothing. They we're completely wrong about me still killing robots!
Kinda hearing V complain to N about random problems is funny, considering N may or may not have a crush on V.

Now that they fell asleep, I could just go inside without no problems whatsoever.
But before that, I wanted a little fun for myself.

Hearing a small radio back there ;
"Hey folks, you know Valentine's day is coming, and you should confess your love by starting your plans!" At the end it only said some random bullshit. So I just tried carrying V up to N, to make it seem like they we're sleeping together. Well, I also made it look like N was hugging V.

I just hope they don't explode or overheat too much..

I never did this for a reason, just a funny feeling I might follow!
