"Master." Y/n said kneeling before the black haired male who was admiring the flowers. Kagaya looked to Y/n and smiled. "Now Y/n, there is no need for you to be calling me that, you are my friend of course"Kagaya said signaling the boy to stand up straight.

Y/n obeyed and stood up. Y/n tried hiding his anger once he saw how Kagaya's illness was spreading to one of his eyes. "Kagaya..How are you feeling" Y/n asked trying to hide his concerned look, but know how much Kagaya knew Y/n, not even a fake smile can hide his feelings.

Kagaya walked towards Y/n soon putting a hand on his cheek and softly caressing it. Y/n blushed and soon leaned into the males warm touch. "There is no need to worry about me Y/n, I will be just fine" Kagaya lied.

It hurt that he had to lie to Y/n, but knowing what Y/n might do he had no choice. "But Kagaya! You can't just keep going about your day when your life is at risk! Forgive me for yelling but this..isn't fair!" Y/n yelled. Tears started to form in his eyes as Kagaya just stood there shocked at the boy's reaction."I can't lose you too.."Y/n said soon resting his head into Kagaya's kimono.

Kagaya put his arms around Y/n soon hugging him closely."I can't tell what the future holds..."He said as he held Y/n a little closer. Y/n and Kagaya soon let go of the hug as Y/n kept his gaze on the ground.

"That's exactly why I came here.."Y/n said. He soon looked at Kagaya and took a deep breath, ready to say whatever he was going to say.

"Kagaya..I am going to find a cure" Y/n said. Kagaya instantly knew what that meant, his eyes widened in terror while looking at Y/n. "Kagaya, You we're always there for me..Please let me do this for you" Y/n continued. "No, Y/n look at me" Kagaya said putting a hand in Y/n's cheek again.

"I know I told you that there was always going to be a cure for everything..But its to much" He continued. Y/n didn't listen though.

"It's never to much to help someone you care about!"Y/n yelled again. That made Kagaya go quiet,but his face expression never faded away.

" Please..Let me do this. I am the strongest Hashira here..I can do it.."Y/n said. Y/n didn't even realize the tears falling down his face.

Kagaya lifted a hand to comfort Y/n, but soon stopped once he saw his hand was slightly shaking. It wasn't because of how scared he was for Y/n, his illness was getting worse.

Y/n also realized this and grabbed Kagaya's shaking hand. Kagaya sighed and looked away from the H/c male.

"Muzan..What if he..what if he finds you.." He said. Y/n didn't answer and kept holding onto Kagaya's hand.

"You have to trust me.."Y/n said again. After a few minutes Kagaya finally gave in."I trust you.."Kagaya said.

Y/n smiled and hugged Kagaya."Thank you! I promise I will help you!" Y/n said. Kagaya hugged back, but there was no smile on his face. He was worried about Y/n's safety.

Especially since the demon that he despises the most was out there.

Two days passed by before Y/n left. He said goodbye to the other hashira's first,including the new Hashira who joined,Muichiro.

He soon went to Kagaya who was sitting on his low balcony that was next to his room.

"Kagaya..Master" Y/n said soon bowing down to the smiling Kagaya. Once Y/n looked up he saw how the illness already took the sight of one of Kagaya's eyes.
Kagaya tried looking as if he was okay, but Y/n didn't take that one bit.
