The dream and the encounter

Y/n..where did he run off to?! That's all Kagaya could think in the moment while running in the forest looking for his friend.

Kagaya's illness had went away only to one eye, but Kagaya was too distracted to notice that he could see now.

The man soon stopped in his tracks once he saw the H/c haired boy, but something was different..

His H/c hair has grew longer with black tips, and he was on his knees crying.

Kagaya felt horrible for the boy and tried to walk closer, but his senses told him to step away.

"Y/n.."Kagaya called out. Y/n couldn't stop crying. Ignoring his senses, Kagaya walked closer to Y/n stopping closer.

"Y/n..Please, tell me what's wrong"Kagaya said soon kneeling down. Y/n cries got quieter,but never went away.

Kagaya wanted to hold the boy in his arms just like he used to. "Y/n, Let me hold you okay? We used to comfort each other when we were scared right?"Kagaya said with a soft smile.

Y/n had moved away though, as if Kagaya was a stranger. "No..don't touch me.."Y/n said. Kagaya felt hurt for what the boy said.

'Was it because of how I looked like now? Did he lose interest in me being his friend..'Kagaya thought.

Kagaya soon realized a puddle of blood that was in front of Y/n. His eyes widened once Y/n turned around.

It wasn't only his hair that changed..His E/c eyes now looked as if someone had shattered them like a mirror. His skin looked so pale and painful.

The same scars on his body stayed from the last dream that Kagaya had.

"I'm already dead.."

Kagaya's eyes shot opened once again as he panted for air. "Master? Are you alright?"His daughters asked again. Instead of Kagaya saying anything, he started coughing up blood. The daughter ran to his side holding him up.

Kagaya couldn't stop coughing..and crying. His dream felt so real..But Y/n was stronger than that right? Yes..it's just a nightmare..

Kagaya's hand was shaking as he kept coughing. The daughter couldn't do anything to help but instead went to go get Shinobu.

After a while, Shinobu was inside the room."Master, I have arrived. Are you feeling better?"Shinobu asked. Kagaya couldn't say anything, afraid he would start coughing violently again.

Shinobu understood and tried to treat him to some medicine. "Master,You need to be careful with yourself..you have been waking up and having different episodes"Shinobu said rubbing the medicine on his forehead.

Kagaya groaned in pain at the stinging feeling."I apologize...I just can't control it.."Kagaya said soon remembering the dream about Y/n.

Shinobu stayed quiet for a bit about what Kagaya said. "It was about Y/n wasn't it?"Shinobu asked. Kagaya didn't say anything but just close his eyes.

"I just..want him back"Kagaya said. Shinobu nodded her head and continued with the medicine."I understand master..But please take care of yourself better. Y/n would not like to see you in this state.."Shinobu said.

"Master,did you ask Y/n yet?"Shinobu asked. "I asked him when we were little..he said yes..but he might've forgot, or he probably thought I was joking"Kagaya said.

Shinobu just chuckled."Y/n wouldn't of had forgotten something like that, he said yes right? That means that he is already yours"Shinobu said.

Kagaya didn't think about that. Y/n was little at the time and not as mature as Kagaya was. Y/n must've of thought about it as a game..
