4.First Meet✨

Goenkas arrived at Singhania Sadan. Manish has called Naitik to inform himt hat they were coming, so everyone  were waiting for the arrival of Goenkas at the door (except Naira, she was upstairs in her room).

Goenkas Arrived and came out of the car.

Everyone (Singhania's): Radhe Krishna.

Everyone (Goenkas): Namaste.

Kartik touched everyone's feet. They all went inside and sat on the sofa. (You all know Singhania Sadan's setting).

Naitik: Aur bataiye Manishji aane mai koi takleef toh nahi huyi?

Manishji: Aree jee nahi. Bada aasan rasta tha.

Maharaj ji and meethi (house helper) brought some snacks to eat. (Including tea and Kachori that Naira made).

Akshara: Ji aap aur kuch khaye na khaye, Kachori zarur khayiega, humari Naira ne banayi hai.

They all ate the snack and chitt chatted for like 15 mins and then Naira told Mishti to bring Naira.

Like Everytime Kartik's heartbeat was getting faster. Everytime he went to see a girl, he used to get excited & nervous at the same time.

Mishti went to bring Naira.

In Naira's Room:

Naira: Dekha ladke ko? Kaisa hai? Acha toh dikhta haina? Mujhse jyda lamba toh ni haina? Akdu to nhi haina? Bata na yrr...

Mishti: Are ruko maate, aap khud hi chalo aur dekh lo.

Naira: Ha chl.

They both went downstairs. As they were coming down from the stairs, everyone started looking at them. Kartik immediately recognized her.

Kartik (in mind): Aaila!! Ye toh wohi ladki hai Jo us din outing pe mili thi. Kitna dhunda isse, aur ye yahi Udaipur mai rehti hai.Oh My God, she's still that beautiful. Mujhe nahi pata ye rishta uske liye hai. Nahi toh mai immediately haan kardeta. Nahi Kartik, shkl se kuch ni hota ek baar usko jaan na bhi toh padega na. Thank you so much Krishna ji mujhe isse wapis milwane ke liye.

Here Kartik recognized her but Naira didn't. Because everything on that day happened in just a minute.

Naira got confused cuz there were two boys sitting there. One was Shubham and second was Kartik. But shubham was looking quite younger, so she thought the other one might be Kartik. She felt butterflies in her stomach seeing Kartik.

Naira came down and touched everyone's feet and said Hii to Kartik & Shubham. She sat there for 10mins and talked with goenkas.

Akshara: Chaliye humne bhi Kartikji se baat Karli aur aapne bhi Naira se. Ab in dono ko akele mai baat karne dete hai.

Surekha: Ji haan.

Mishti took Naira & Kartik outside in their house's garden. (If you've seen it in the show, where the family members used to have tea sometimes).

Mishti(teasing them): Ache se baat kariyega, koi doubt mat chodiyega.

Saying this Mishti went inside. Now it was awkard for K & N. Kartik signalled Naira to sit. She passed him a smile and sat on the chair. She also signalled him to sit.

Kartik (breaking the silence between them): Hi, myself Kartik Goenka. I'm 25 and I'm currently accompanying my dad in family business. Dekhiye maine toh apna intro dediya. Ab aap bhi de dijye.

But Naira was continuously looking at him. Not because she liked him but she doubted that she had seen him earlier.

Naira: Hey, I'm Naira Singhania. I'm 24 and I'm a fashion designer. I also own a boutique "The Pearl"

After giving the intro like a employee they started laughing.

Kartik: Aur bataiye Naira, aapko shadi Kyu karni hai?

Naira (getting confused): Umm... Shadi... I mean sab karte hai... Sabko karni hoti hai...

Kartik: I mean koi family pressure wagera.

Naira: Ji nahi, mai shadi khud ki marzi se karna chahti hu.

Kartik: You're an independent girl. Aap ye arrange marriage ke concept mai vishwas rakhti hai?!

Naira: Actually nahi, mai aajtak kabhi bhi arrange marriage nahi karna chahti thi, kyuki I think kisi anjaan se hum kaise shadi kar skte h? Lekin fir Mumma ne samjaya, wo aise hi Meri shadi kisi nahi kardegi, wo mere liye heera laayengi. Aur fir mujhe bohot dhundne par khud ke liye ladka Mila bhi nahi, toh Maine family pe chod diya.

Kartik: Idhr bhi same situation hai.

Naira: Acha aur aapko pta hai mai aapke phele 5 ladko reject kar chuki hu

Kartik: Same pinch. Bus maine 5 ladkiyo ko reject kiya h.

Naira: Dekhiye mai nahi chahti, ki mai koi bhi rishta kisi confusion ke saath start karu.

Kartik: Ji?

Naira: Dekhiye mai ek independent girl hu, toh agr future mai humara Rishta aage bhi badta hai toh mai apna passion aur profession dono nahi chodungi. Aur mai waise bhi Boutique kam jaati hu. Jab koi imp kaam hota hai tabhi jaati hu. Toh I hope aap meri baat ko samjenge.

Kartik: Ye koi samjne wali baat hai kya? Aur agr humari shadi hoti bhi hai toh aapki merese shadi hogi, na ki aap mere under kaam karegi, ye aapki life hai toh aapko kaam karna hai ya nahi ye totally aapki choice hai. Infact, must hai. Aapko aapka kaam bilkul nahi chodna chaiye.
(In mind: are waah ye toh khud ke liye bolne wali aur dedicated girl hai, I like it.)

Naira: Thank you so much for understanding me.
(Ye toh meri baat ek bar Mai samajgye, umm, he's understanding it seems)

Mishti came to call them and went inside. They both stood up and were heading towards inside. Suddenly Naira stops and Kartik turns back.

Kartik: Ky hua aap ruk Kyu gayi?

Naira: Mujhe lgra hai maine aapko pheli kahi dekha hua h.

He got scared, because he didn't wanted Naira to recognize that they had met earlier because at that time he was literally lighting a cigarette. (which he lights now also sometimes). It will have a negative Impact of his image on Naira.

Kartik: Nahi nahi mujhe toh nahi lagta hum phele mile hai...

Naira: Maybe hoskata hai, chaliye andr chlte hai.

They went inside. All the family members sat for half n hour more and then got up to go home.

At The Main Door:

Swarna(dheere se): Akshara ji, aap jaisa bhi ho hume call kardena, ki Naira Kartik se aur milna chahti hai ya nahi.

Akshara: Ji, aur agr aapko phele answer mil jaaye toh aap hume call kardijyega.

Kartik Naira said bye to each other.
