Yunjin's POV

I open my eyes as I heard my alarm going off. Oh, I just remembered, I'm back here in New York. Not gonna lie, I miss being here but I already miss my members especially that one person. I'm not really used to waking up peacefully since I would always wake up to Eunchae running around and shouting 'good morning' to everyone.

God I miss her.

My thoughts were interrupted when I heard a knock on my door. "Come in!" I said. The door opened, revealing my younger sister, Rachel. I smiled.

"Good morning sis!" She said, jumping on my bed, giving me my morning hug like we used to do as kids.

"Good morning Jin, how was your sleep?" I asked.

(Take note: Rachel's Korean name is Yejin.)

"Pretty good actually. How about you?"

"It was fine. Not really used to waking up this quiet since it's always so loud in our dorm."

We cuddled for a few minutes, talking about her school life her in New York and what was she doing while I was away. A few minutes later, mom called us.

"Girls! Breakfast is ready!"

We jumped out of bed and raced downstairs.

Sighs, I missed this.

As we got down, both of us couldn't stop laughing about how Rachel was still slow while we race each other. Mom noticed us and smiled. I went near her and gave her a hug.

"Good morning mom!" I smiled.

"Well, good morning my star." She said.

My star.

I love it when she calls me that. Makes me remember my pre-debut days when I was still in the States. She calls me that ever since I was a kid. She knew that I was gonna be something one day. And here I am. The vocalist of one of the successful groups in South Korea, Le Sserafim.

"Jennifer? Hellooooo earth to Jennifer." Mom said.

I laughed "sorry mom."

I looked around. It stayed the same as I left here a few years ago. I love it.

"Where's dad?" I asked.

"Your dad's at the bakery. You know he can't start his day without his favorite bread." Mom replied.

Oh right. I forgot. I took my plate and started eating. Damn, I missed mom's cooking. It always satisfies me every time I eat it. While waiting for dad to come back, mom, Rachel and I started to talk and catch up with some tea because you know me, can't get enough with tea being spilled. While we were talking, my phone started vibrating. I looked at it and saw that Kkura unnie was calling. I excused myself form the table and answered the call.

"Hey unnie, what's up?"

"Hey Yunjin, how was your flight?" Sakura unnie asked.

"It was okay, got a bit jet lagged but I'm fine. How about you guys?"

"Oh we're doing good here. The girls miss you already and so am I."

"Aww I miss you girls too but don't worry, I'll be back whenever you know it."

"Mhm, well you go and have fun with your family there alright? I'll see you soon."

"I will unnie, take care. Bye!"

I dropped the call as I bid goodbye. I went back to the dining table to continue my food. Once I finish, I help mom clean up and went to my room to take my shower. Rachel and I planned to go out today, just the two of us to have our sister bonding. After showering, I went to the living room to see my parents and Rachel, waiting for me.
