I wake up the next morning, rubbing my eyes to recognize a different place then the forest. I sigh, wanting to go home. I look around the bungalow, and nobody was there. All of a sudden Tuk comes running to me, jumping into my arms.
"(Y/n)! You're awake! She replied as I hugged her, sitting up. Just then, Neteyam walk's in.
"Hey mama," He said as I rolled me eyes and he laughed. Tuk made a gross face, making me laugh. "Come to my bungalow to eat, and then we have training," He said. I rolled my eyes again as I got up, him putt his arm around my waist as we walked, Tuk holding my hand.
When we got to the Sully's tent which was right across from our tent, Lo'ak handed me food.
"Thanks Lo'ak," I said as he nodded. I went and sat down next to him. "You alright? How are you liking the new place?"
He shrugged. "I feel like it's my fault we moved. If I never went to the shack that day.." He started.
"Hey hey no, no it's not. Sure you were an idiot for going to the old shack, but it was not you fault we moved here. Their hunting Jake and apparently me for whatever reason. Not you," I said, kissing him on the head as I stood up.
'Thanks' He mouthed as he went back to eating
A/n- Yes she kisses the rest of the family on the cheek and stuff but not romantically, just like platonically. She kisses Neteyam romantically. AND THEY DONT CARE!
I sat down next to Etayna and Neteyam. Etayna immediately flopped into my lap, laying down. I picked up Neteyam's hand, rubbing it.
"How are you doing?" I asked him, with a soft voice. He turned his head in my direction, not making eye contact. He shook his head then looked at me with sad eyes.
"Not to well," He said, quietly. I pulled him in for a hug, not a good one considering I couldn't move too well with Etayna on my lap. He held my arm, burying his head into my neck.
"Save it guys, (Y/n), eat," Jake said, shoving food into my mouth. I ate it, quickly.
I then ate the food Lo'ak gave me. Just then, Tseriya walked in.
"Hey guys! Good morning," She said. She was my favorite Metkayina so far. "How are you guys moving in? Is every good?"
"I think so, thank you," My mom said, sitting next to Neytiri. I stood up, still eating, and kissed her on the head.
"Good morning my sweet daughter, how did you sleep. You looked pretty tired," She asked me.
"I slept oddly really well," I said, as I moved to Neytiri, giving her a kiss on the head.
"Hello sweet girl," She said, dragging me in front of the both of her, then making me sit down. "Stay still, I am going to braid your hair." I nodded, engaging in conversation with the two of them, as Neytiri braided my hair. "All done pretty girl," She said.
"Thank you my dear mother-in-law," I said with a laugh. Neytiri smiled at me, my mom laughing also.
"Training starts in 10 minutes," Tseriya said as she leaves.
I walk to Kau'i as she talks to Kiri, and start doing her hair.
My hair is similar to Neytiri, a bunch of braids, and Kau'i's is not braided but long and smooth. She used to make a lot of jewelry at out old home, to braid into her hair. "Can you put it up somehow?" She ask's me. I hum a yes sound, as I start to braid it. When I'm done, she has a good french braid down her hair.
"Okay kids, go to training," Jake says, shooing us out. We all get up and walk. I'm walking out, talking to Lo'ak. Neteyam comes up next to me and holds my hand. I smile at him, happily holding his hand.
