South Coopersdale, Royalty Prison.

Numerous alarms blared from the throughout the county as gunshots could be heard booming within the beige, brick walls. Numerous footsteps could be heard gathering in front of the entrance.

"Come out with your hands up!" A soldier screamed, pointing his gun directly at the entrance. Plenty other soldiers followed his action and held their posture stern.

A gathering of civilians began to gather in front of the large, barbed fences surrounding the county, held back by the barricades of riot troopers.

An explosion sent the doors of the prison flying straight off their hinges as a shining, humanoid figure walked out with a palm held forward. Each trooper shielded their eyes before pulling down their goggles, aiding them in seeing the figure that seemed to be made of a transparent and blazing hot material.

A laughter emitted from the glowing figure as he looked at the sack that he carried over his shoulder. "This feels...absolutely amazing!"

"Villain, you will receive no warning after this one!" The commander shouted through the megaphone. "You have committed several infractions,  especially the use of superpowers!" He aimed the gun in his other hand at the suspect, "You will drop that money you stole from the armored car, and cease your every movement!"

Sheets of money flew out of the bag after the figure placed it on the ground. His radiant, yellow eyes peered at the authorities before he pointed his brightening palms at them.

The soldier lowered his megaphone, "No more warnings. FIRE!"

"You think mere bullets can stop me?!" The villain screamed before he shot projectiles from his hands, blowing back a few soldiers who blocked with their riot shields.

The remaining soldiers hastily pulled on their triggers before multiple bolts of electricity blasted from the flash of their rifles. The electricity struck the supervillain, bringing him down to a knee. His fists shook against the ground in a valiant struggle to keep himself on his feet. Cracks of electricity rapidly flashed around his body as the soldiers continued their onward assault.

"Hold!" The commander held up a fist, The aim on his gun steady on the now silent and dimmed body of the criminal figure. He approached the body slowly, a small sound coming from the tightening grip on his gun.

"Performing apprehension, do not break formation!" The commander looked back at the crew, reaching for his handcuffs before being startled by the flinching of his associates.

"Commander, clear the area!" A soldier screamed as a brilliant yellow light emerged from the figure's body, engulfing the area in front of the prison like a second sun!

The civilians and troopers on the exterior were blinded by the sudden flash before they felt a strong wave blow them back!

The ground shook slightly as the explosion followed shortly after the flare. Sounds of banging and clattering rung throughout the area, a large cloud of smoke emerging as the soldier's weapons and equipment slammed against the road and vehicles that were still in the area. The once hefty and sturdy shields were now folded like tinfoil, assault rifles broken in half and sparking from their damage.

The soldiers could be seen scattered around the field of the county as the powerful flare retraced to its source. Some winced and groaned on the floor in pain, and some were...hopefully unconscious.

"Commander!!" One of the soldiers cried, ripping off his goggles and running to his leader's aid, his vision still blurry and filled with blinding spots. He limped up the stairs, holding tight onto his side before freezing in his tracks from the sight that beheld him.
