T O M

The break went quickly. Estelle had managed to see the memories from the tear he had collected and had successfully been able to sneak out so she could join him and the others. However, she hadn't told him what she saw yet. He was drowning in curiosity.

He had felt like she was avoiding him...

Currently, Tom was in the room of requirement with his followers. None of them were allowed in the room, unless it was for their weekly meetings. They had become closer and he couldn't decide if it was a positive change. Perhaps, if they held other emotions a-part from fear when it came to him, it would make them more loyal.

If they stepped out of line for even a second, he would hurt them until they begged to die.

"How is everything going with finding the Ravenclaw Diadem ," Tom asked Avery, who had been put in charge of finding its whereabouts.

Avery scrawled out a scroll on the wooden table and pointed at a certain spot in the forbidden forest. "Right here. I was able to get the ghost to talk after three weeks of talking to her. All her secrets slipped out easily," he said with a small smirk. "The diadem is apparently somewhere in the forbidden forest and I tried my best to tighten the area to make it easier."

"I'm impressed Avery." Tom stared at the small cross that presented itself in the middle of the large forest. It was near the place where Estelle was nearly taken. His hands tightened at the very thought. "Okay this meeting is done, I'll see you next week. Hopefully, I'll be able to find it quickly and make it into my next horcrux."

His plans were coming together.

Tom's eyes darted from tree to tree as he inched closer to the place where the Diadem was hidden. Fuck where could it be? He had been searching for hours now, it was like he had gone around in circle. A frustrated sigh left his lips as he crouched down and felt the bark of the tree, it felt weird, almost like it had been magically created. Tom brought his wand towards it and quickly casted a revealing spell.

He waited for three second.

Nothing.

He stood up frustrated and casted a spell that set fire to the base of the tree. Before he turned around, he saw a small blue shine coming from the place he had just ruined. The wood decayed from the blazing fire, until he was able to see the blue diadem. Not even the fury of the flames scathed it and it seemed to have the power to wield the flames away, creating a protective circle around itself.

Tom picked it up and stared at it intently. It would look exquisite on Estelle. Fuck what was wrong with him? He had finally found the Ravenclaw diadem and all he could think about was how pretty she would look wearing it and how he would fuck her ruthlessly until it toppled down onto the floor.

His thoughts were interrupted by a small, wavering, pathetic voice.

"I knew you... we..reee up to something.."

Tom turned around and was met with a familiar voice. Oh- he was the guy he had tortured for thinking about his Estelle. The one who had thoughts about touching her without her consent, the disgusting fuck that deserved to die. The anger that he had quenched came back like a tornado, destroying any patience left in him. "Didn't i warn you. Didn't i tell you to not show your face in-front me or Estelle or you would face dire consequences. Don't you remember that conversation you mudblood."

"You ruined my life. I have a permanent limp now..."

Tom chuckled darkly. "If you don't fuck off and shut your mouth, instead of a limp you'll have no leg- well that's if i'm feeling nice. Maybe you'll end up with no limbs and you'll have to stare at yourself every single day remembering the pain I caused you."

"N..Ooo," the mudblood faltered.

"No?" Tom countered with a sinister grin.

"I'll let you go with the diadem and not tell anyone if you let me have Estelle."

Normally, Tom would have just erased the mudblood's memories and walked away because it wasn't like he enjoyed bloodshed. I mean killing someone was easy but the cleaning process afterwards was so bothersome. "What do you want to do with Estelle?" he asked, using his legilimency skills to find the truth. Yet again, the mudblood's thoughts presented a picture where he would take Estelle be force and make her his. He hadn't learnt his lesson. "Why would i say yes to your pathetic proposal. I'll give you three seconds head start."

"what..."

"You have three seconds to run away before I kill you," Tom said with a malicious laugh. "Already two seconds have passed mudblood. You better start limping away before i catch you and crucio those disgusting thoughts out of you."

He took one step before Tom seized him by the collar and threw him back, which made him hurdle into the tree behind him. Tom was so exasperated. How dare he ask for Estelle. He could have asked for anything else and he would have likely escaped with only a few missing limbs, however he had brought her into it. "Ahh, look at that. That was no fun- you should have taken the chance to run away further. Isn't it sad that the last thing you'll see before you die is me, the trees and the wolves taring your skin to pieces and gnawing on your bone. You should have never followed me here."

A muffled sob escaped the mudblood. "Estelle will be angry at you if i suddenly disappear. I already went to talk to her before I came here."

"HOW DARE YOU FUCKING TALK TO HER," Tom snarled.

"She'll know if you kill me. I told her I was coming to talk to you. I held her pretty little hand as she uncomfortably shifted away from me. Aren't you happy I came out here instead of staying with her. One more minute and I would have ripped her clothes off..." Suddenly, he writhed on the floor in agony as the crucio curse hit him, his screams intertwined with the howls that seemed to be getting closer.

"You said you held her hand. You don't deserve to have it anymore." Tom used his wand to slowly cut the hand off the mudblood's arm. His screams tripled while he tried ever so hard to run away. It was already too late. It landed on the dried leave with a unsettling thud as blood pooled under Tom's feet. He carried on until the person kneeling in-front of him was unrecognizable, he didn't look human- he no longer had hands and there were slashes covering his whole entire body. " I would gouge your eyes out but I want you to be able to see your skin being eaten."

"Wha..tt."

"The wolves are coming and they're hungry." I'll show you mercy," Tom whispered to the trembling figure while handing him a small knife. "Kill as many as you can before they get to you. I doubt you will be able to when you have no hands. Figure something out alright."

The mudblood shouted and begged for mercy as Tom walked away while whistling a cheerful melody. He heard the hungry growls of the wolves and the continuous screams of the mudblood, until it was all carried away by the wind.
