Finding out what's wrong

Lego's pov: Tears began falling down my cheeks, what do I do?
I calmed down a bit and decided to pull out my phone and try to text Ominous. I texted him "Hey- Ominous what's wrong? Why did you run away?" He hasn't replied yet which I'm gonna assume he's just busy and wait for his reply. I just decided to call some other piggy YouTubers while I waited for him to reply and to talk to them for a little while to get my mind off of how weird Ominous has been acting towards me and probably everyone else.

Ominous's pov: I sat up from my bed since I was resting and I got a message from Lego. I didn't reply I just left him on read, I felt a twinge of guilt go through me but I calmed myself down. I threw up another flower which there had been so many now that I felt them in my lungs. I should go to the doctors this is getting worse and I don't know if I could solve this on my own since it's gonna be tougher then the normal sickness. So I hopped into my car and drove to the hospital, I was coughing most of the way which was a really weird symptom of whatever it was but I would find out soon.
Once I got to the hospital I got out of my car and went to the receptionists desk. "Hello" I said
"Hey" someone with the nametag that said Rekt said
I stayed silent for a minute until he asked me a question.
"What's been going on with you?" Rekt asks
"I've been- throwing up flowers and my lungs feel filled with them already and I keep coughing as well" I said
"Thank you for explaining, Cari can assist you" Rekt said
"Alright" I said and I followed Cari into a hospital room.
"So what's been going on with you?" Cari asks
"I've been throwing up flowers and coughing up blood" I said
"Oh- interesting, I know exactly what you have" Cari said
"What is it then? I can take it" I said
"You have something called the Hanahaki disease, it has two cures, but before I explain when did this start happening?" Cari asks
"It started happening yesterday when I was hanging out with Lego my best friend he's a year younger then me but he's really nice" I said, my heart becomes excited when talking about him but it's still platonic love.
"Do you know what his favorite flower is?" Cari asks
"Yeah- I had a flashback when this first started to happen" I said
"What is the favorite flower then?" Cari asks
"A rose- I guess it is his favorite color and I remember him specifiy that he used to put roses in Spidella's hair and make flower crowns with her" I said.
"Oh! Well, what flower have you been throwing up?" Cari asks
"Roses-" I said, throwing up another one into my hands, blood all over them smearing the bed that I was touching with blood.
"Oh my! Let's get you cleaned up" Cari said, taking the rose from my hands for examination. She asks me to follow her and so I do, she leads me to a bathroom to wash my hands, I look at myself in the mirror it's painful to look at myself right now since I feel bad like really bad that I left Lego on read. I finished cleaning the blood off of my hands and Cari was waiting outside for me to finish our examination.
"Alright glad you got cleaned up, now you wanna hear the first option now?" Cari asks
"Yeah, i'm ready" I said
"Alright so the first option is you get surgery to remove the roses from your lungs which has a side effect that your platonic lover wouldn't like-" Cari said, cutting off at the end.
"What- is the side effect?" I asked
"Well the side effect is that you will lose your emotions, forever but if the surgery fails you have a chance of dying" Cari said
"Oh- well then what's the other option for me?" I ask
"The other option which you only have six days left before your lungs fill up with flowers and you die from that is you have to confess to whoever it is which this case you have to say I love you to your platonic lover which this is a very rare case since I've never had a case where the lover was platonic. But I guess it's something to write in the medical books" Cari explains
"Oh- ok, thanks for the explanation and I hope to not die but if this gets out of hand then I'll get the surgery done on myself" Ominous said.
"Alright, good luck Ominous" Cari said, reading my name on her clipboard and then heading back to the front desk.
"Thank you" I said before she left
"No problem Ominous" Cari said.
I then gave the small hospital a tip, they didn't have many patients today except for me so they deserved it.
I then hopped back into my car and headed home, I saw a car in my driveway and someone in front of the door..
