Emerald: I-i... I just don't know what I'm supposed to do, or feel. Mercury leaving, Cinder in exile... But I don't know if I should be worried or betrayed.
Fury: Hmph, what a pathetic thing to be so worked up about.
Emerald's eye's widened as she looks over her shoulder.
Emerald: What about you? That Izolatte is out there, aren't you worried? He's your friend isn't he?
Fury stops shadow boxing as she turns to look directly at Emerald.
Fury: Izolatte is my commander, the Disasters are all apart of the same goal, we're allies, not friends.
Emerald looks down as she gets up off the ground.

Emerald: I just... Cinder was the only family I ever had. She cared about me, taught me things... But without her here, I don't know if I can continue...
Fury: Wake up, already...
Emerald looks at her in shock upon hearing this.
Fury: I've only been here for a few weeks, but as far as I've seen. Cinder doesn't care about you. She doesn't care about anyone. At the end of the day, she would toss you and Mercury to the dogs the moment you outlived your usefulness.
Emerald: You don't know what you're talking about! Mercury left us!!!
Fury: And that was "his" choice.
Emerald takes a step back as Fury appears right in front of her.
Fury: Everything deserves a choice. If Mercury chose to stay here, he would've slipped up eventually causing his death to be swift and painful. That's what this battle is about, one side extinguishes the other. If the only reason you are here is because your blindly following someone who doesn't respect you, then you should do the same thing Mercury did and get out while you can.
