Mystery-Shack?

(Dipper POV)
"GRUNKLE FORD WE NEED YOUR HEPP!" I yelled panting from running and saw him come out the vending machine and speedy walk up to me "Yes dipper?" He asked in a calmed but worried tone "We found someone tied and drugged in the forest it seems like the gnomes drugged him with some sparkly stuff" I explained way too fast I should consider being a rapper nah I'm way too 'nerdy' for that "Show the way Dipper" I started running back with ford following me at a same speed as me "We are almost there! MABEL!" I talked not wanting to attract anything in the forest "What seems to be the issue her-?" He looked around and saw the boy on the ground who was red really read I don't blame him I would feel embarrassed as well "Oh" Grunkle ford said taking one of his new 'alien blades' which I thought was very cool and slashed the ropes one for one and looking at how smooth the blade cut made me feel some sort of proud feeling.

Then when Grunkle ford was done he offered his hand to the kid and he took it shaking while being pulled up "Thanks Mr Grunkle" he said and I started laughing with Mabel at the curious nickname. "My name is Ford Pines What's yours?" Grunkle Ford told the teenager "Steven" hmm no last name that's a little weird I made a mental note about that but he seem really nervous or uncomfortable as he shook his hand and "Are you ok Steven?" Mabel asked and I was ready to ask questions "UM AH Y-YEP SUPER FINE why do you ask" he took a few steps back and put his hand behind his neck "You don't seem fine" I said "Oh no YEAH I'm super fine but I left my car on the side of the road and I have to leave thanks for the help" he started heading to the forest kinda fast but I knew he was dizzy I mean he had just been drugged with an unknown dust.

He put his arm resting on a tree holding his body before he vomited and Mabel gasped before he fell and passed out "WHAT DO WE DO!?" I started panicking "Dipper calm down" Ford said and followed where he was going which was towards the teenager "Help me carry him to the shack" he put 'Steven's' arm around his neck "Wow he is surprisingly light" Ford said easily lifting the boy "wow your right" I was not as tall as Grunkle ford but I could help lifting as much as I could but he was taller than me so part of his feet where still dragging "Is he gonna be ok" Mabel asked worry on her tone "Yeah I'm just gonna have to investigate what that dust was" Ford said walking towards the sack "I wonder why he didn't have you his last name" I asked or more like told Ford "I wondered that too but it seem he was just in a hurry to get out" so he noticed that too "I wonder why he is so heavy dressed in Oregon I mean he even has a beanie" I took notice of that Oregon  in summer is really hot does he have a hair problem? No his hair looks pretty good" Hmm I'll have to ask him once he wakes up "we are almost there, Dipper I can take it for now" Ford said repositioning the teenager bridal style so he was easier to take inside the shack "Okay" I didn't actually know what to say as we approached the shack and noticed Grunkle Stan giving a tour to some tourists so we just went the other way around the shack into the house part of the shack and lay him on the couch as he almost immediately became aware of his comfortable surroundings he curled up into a ball and made himself as small as he could in the couch (like this I don't really know how to explain it but he has different clothes)
