Y/n's pov

"So, you really don't know what was it?" I asked, still surprised that she doesn't know anything at all.

Mona crossed her arms and looked away from me. "I already told you that i don't."

I sighed and laid back on the sofa. Meanwhile Mona returned to the book she was reading.

"I was sure you would know. You always know everything." I looked into the ceiling.

"I would know if i investigated, but i had better things to do." She claimed.

I turned to my right side, still laying on the sofa. "Ha, like what?" I asked teasingly.

"None of your business." She replied.

"Oh c'mon, we're friends." I said annoyed.

"It's not that i don't want to tell you dummy. But if i talked with you about all of my researches, it would take years." She closed the book and looked for a different one.

I roled my eyes. "Then why did you... nevermind."

"Hm?" Mona didn't really pay attention to me, so i ended the conversation by not saying anything more.

'Damn, i am too tired for this.'

I closed my eyes and not so long after fell asleep.

*Time skip / a few minutes later*

Mona's pov

I've gone through thousands of books, still not with what i was trying to find.

I sighed and went to get some water. It was then when relized why she was so quiet the whole time.

She was peacefully sleeping on my sofa. I changed my direction to her and put a small blanket on her.

'Ah Y/n, so weak you cannot even survive your way to Mondstadt without falling asleep after.'

I went back to get some water, with no motivation to go through another thousand of books again.

There was nothing else to do and i really wanted to find what i needed. So after i drank some water i went to get some books again and put them on a table next to sofa where was Y/n sleeping.

I sat on the other sofa, grabbed one book and started reading for eternity again.

*Time skip / 1 hour later*

Y/n's pov

I slowly opened my eyes. Sat up and rubbed them a bit. I was confused and curious what time is it now.

Then i realized that there's a small blanket over me, which wasn't here when i fell asleep.

'Awww Mona...'

'Wait.'

Speaking of Mona, where is she? I looked around, but i was here alone, again...

Did she left somewhere again? For how long will she be out? Or is she still here, just in a different room?

I stood up, streched myself and started looking around the house. I didn't find her just like i thought.

I returned to the living room, grabbed my bag and went to the main door to leave.
