Context. White Room had shut down for a year, but when Matsuo asked Ayanokouji to go to ANHS, he refused. This is a couple days after he went back.

Ayanokouji Kiyotaka POV
"4-01! Stop!"
A loud voice comes out of the speaker above. In this white room now splattered with red, I'm the one that the instructor is talking to. As I bash in the skull of the last one remaining, I finally drop my weapon, and go back, wiping my hands on my gown.
"I've completed my task." I say, monotonously. I can't tell what expression they have through the one-way glass, but I stare at them regardless. The results were clear, I'd won, leaving no survivors behind.
"4-01, why are you disobeying our orders? Prepare to receiv-"
The audio is cut off, as the voice is replaced with a rather familiar one.
"Your orders are complete, go back to your living quarters."
I head back out, my gown covered in blood. Every step I take, drops some onto the floor. It's rather filthy. The smell of the rotting blood is something I'd like to avoid, but the sounds the victims make, right before they die ... is rather exquisite. Who knows what that person's prior life was. It didn't matter to them as they embraced their death. The moment they had to go against me, they could consider themselves dead.
Either way, I'll get out of here some day. A plan, 8 years in the making. I started when I was 6, and now I'm 15. The White Room was temporarily shut down for a while, and I had a small taste of freedom, just for one year. Initially, Matsuo wanted me to go to ANHS, as it would give me freedom, albeit a short one.
I had to refuse, since my goal wasn't to be free for a short while. It was to destroy this place, before I go into society.
Hydrogen cyanide, also known as HCN, is made with ammonia and methane. Ammonia, or NH3, is found in urine. Specifically, when urine is left for a day or two, ammonia is released as a gas.
During our chemistry unit, we were allowed to experiment a little bit with reactions. Through electrolysis, I was able to produce hydrogen gas. Electrolysis is a process in which a direct current is used to create reactions. You can use this to separate hydrogen from oxygen in H2O, or water. I can hydrogenate CO2 through the Sabatier process.
Hydrogenation is a process in which a chemical reaction occurs with H2, or molecular hydrogen with another compound, or element. In this case, I'll be using CO2, or carbon dioxide. With a nickel catalyst, a reaction happens between the two at a high temperature of roughly 300-400 degrees celsius.
Now, using both ammonia and methane, I can make Hydrogen Cyanide using the Andrussow process. I can heat the two of them with a platinum catalyst up to 1400 degrees Celsius in order to produce HCN. Below 25.6 degrees Celsius, or 78 degrees Fahrenheit, it's a liquid known as prussic acid. Prussic acid poisoning is painful, as it inhibits the body's ability to use oxygen, causing suffocation. That's why it's perfect.
A/N: I searched up 'Is dying from hydrogen cyanide painful?' and got a suicide lifeline... I swear I'm not doing anything like that.
Normally, I wouldn't be allowed to take anything outside of the lab. However, I coerced, or rather, forced, some of the others in my generation to cover me while I hide it under a tile. The instructors were suspicious, watching through the cameras. As a result, they searched under the tile, and did manage to find some. That wasn't exactly my goal, though. While they were looking at the crowd of people, working to cover me, after I put some in, I went over to a different tile across the room, storing it in there.
