"Was it my fault?!" I screamed over sobs.
"Did I kill her?!"
"No. No sweetie. The other car crashed into you. It was not your fault." My dad said.
"They ran a red light" my mom said.
"What about their parents? Do they blame me?" I asked.
"Well we haven't seen them sense we left the hospital so we don't really know. I'm sorry honey. It will get better though. I promise." My mom said trying to comfort me.
"I want to see everyone now" I said attempting to get up but quickly realizing I can't.
"Honey why don't u eat something first your probably starving." My dad said.
I had just realized how hungry I was. I felt like I haven't eaten in a week.
"I guess I'll eat first but then I want to see everyone and apologize." I said a bit too firmly then I meant to.
"Deal?"
"I guess" my dad said.
After eating about everything in our fridge we finally went outside to the car. It was really hard getting into the car tho. My parents had to carry me in the car.
