It was a month since the Collector went back to the stars. Willow sat on her bed, chatting with Luz and Amity on her scroll.

(In the chat)

THEOWLLADY: Are you all excited about the sleepover later? (She was in the Owl House using Eda's scroll)

WITCHCHICK128: Of course! Can't wait to see u, batata ❤️

THEOWLLADY: Aww, you're so sweet 😊

HELLO_WILLOW: We're not going to moonlight conjure, right?

WITCHCHICK128: Nope, just usual human stuff 😀

HELLO_WILLOW: Gus is gonna have a great time then

THEOWLLADY: Willow, you know Hunter will be there too, right?

HELLO_WILLOW: 😳

Willow set down her scroll, a faint pink tinting her cheeks. Hunter will be there? Oh Titan, I'm so nervous. What if he thinks I look weird in my pajamas? Ok Willow, stop overthinking. You're gonna be fine, Willow thought to herself. In the chat, her two friends were sending messages like crazy.

THEOWLLADY: Hunter is so excited that you're coming too, Willow 😏

WITCHCHICK128: I heard from Hunter himself that he can't wait to see you

WITCHCHICK128: Hunter and Willow, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G 😘

Meanwhile, Willow received a new message from Hunter.

RULERZREACHF4N: sORRY.TO interRupT

RULERZREACHF4N: bUT PLZ Ignore mY SISter.and heR GIrlfrienD

WITCHCHICK128: Willow?

THEOWLLADY: She's not responding

THEOWLLADY: Probably off daydreaming about her soon-to-be boyfriend

WITCHCHICK128: Very possible

THEOWLLADY: I can't wait to see her reaction to Hunter's PJs 😉

WITCHCHICK128: Hehehe... She'll probably faint from "The cuteness radiating out of him"

Willow responded to them with a face redder than Amity's signature "Tomato blush".

HELLO_WILLOW: Shut up 😑

HELLO_WILLOW: Well look at the time, I have to go now, baiiiiiiiiiiiii

HELLO_WILLOW: 👋 😀

~Time skip: That night~

Willow had arrived on the doorstep of the Clawthorne residence. Her dads had walked her there after dinner, reminding her to "Go to bed before 1:00 a.m.", "Brush your teeth before bed", "Be careful around boys", and so on. After they left, Willow took a deep breath, then knocked on the door.

"Hooty? Who is it?" Eda asked. "It's Hunter's girlfriend! Hoot hoot!" Hooty replied. "Hooty! Hunter is not my boyfriend!" Willow yelled. Hooty ignored her, opening the door. "Hey Willow! Come on in!" Luz shouted gleefully. Willow stepped in, while the door closed behind her. "Sorry guys, I'm late." "You're not late, we came early," Amity said. "Yeah, Blight had to come here early so she could make out with her girlfriend before the others got here," Hunter deadpanned. "Well, you came here right after I came in so you could wait for Willow," Amity retorted. "I did not!" He yelled. "Dude, you came here five hours earlier just so you could wait for her. Stop lying when there's evidence," Gus said. "I came here so I could talk to Eda!" "About your relationship with Willow!" Luz chimed in. "You guys are not helping!" Hunter yelled. "That's not a 'no'!" Amity said with a smirk. "Shut it, Blight!" Hunter yelled. He was getting more and more flustered. While they continued their debate, Willow just stood there awkwardly. Eda came over and said to Willow, "They all showered earlier. Go upstairs, shower, and change into your pajamas, kid. Luz told me that 'movie time' is at eight." Willow nodded, then rushed upstairs.

Willow came downstairs fifteen minutes later, hair dried and wearing her PJs. The debate had ended while Willow was showering. Now that they had cooled down, she was able to take a better look at their clothes. Luz and Amity were wearing matching shirts with an otter and cat printed on them, while Gus was wearing Cosmic Frontier-themed clothes. Hunter's shirt had a wolf on it, and Willow was wearing pajamas with flowers, birds, and bees on them. "Wow, Willow, you look so...cute," Hunter said. "Thanks. These," Willow said, pointing to a cardinal and a bee on her shirt, "Remind me of Flapjack and Clover. I miss Flapjack." He nodded. "I miss him too. But I've learned to get over it." Willow smiled. "Ok guys, let's watch a movie! So, what would you like to watch?" Luz asked.

In the end, they agreed on a movie called "Upside-Down Magic". The teenagers gather in front of Luz's laptop to watch the movie. Willow had quite a reaction to one scene. "Why does the Headmistress get to place students in the Upside-Down Magic Program? That's so unfair!" She exclaimed. "Yeah, reminds me of the Detention Track back in Hexside," Luz agreed. Amity had to leave the room to calm down for a minute when they got to the part where Reina was belittled by a student named Phillip. "Sorry, guys, but that reminds me about when I was still a bully. Oh, and the name too. Phillip," She said, shuddering a bit at the memory. And Hunter almost lost it when the Flare got possessed by Chandra. He started sobbing, so Luz paused the movie and the others tried to console him. "Hey, it's ok. You're safe here, and Belos won't be here anytime soon," Willow said. Hunter just nodded. "Anything I can do to make you feel better?" She asked him. He was silent for a minute, then he said his answer. "Can you be my girlfriend?"

"Oh my Titan, dude, you did it!" Gus exclaimed. It took Willow five seconds to process what he just said. "I'm so sorry! You don't have to say yes, we can be normal friends if you wa-" "Hunter." Willow interrupted. Hunter started to panic. "Did I offend you? I'm so sorry! It's ok if you don't want to be my friend anymore! I can understand!" Willow then threw her arms around her crush's neck. "I can't believe it! You like me too? This is the best thing that ever happened!" She squealed. Hunter's face was beet red. "You like me back?" He asked slowly, afraid he would jinx it. "Of course!" When she finally let him go from the hug, she looked into his eyes and asked the question she'd been wanting to ask for weeks. "Hunter Noceda, will you go out with me?" "Yes! I will proudly be your boyfriend and protect you with my life!"

Eda and Raine came downstairs to a living room filled with cheering and hooting (from Hooty). "What's all this ruckus about?" She asked. "Huntlow is canon! Hoot!" Hooty replied. "Well, took ya long enough. Now finish the movie and go to bed. Also, keep the noise down, will ya? Raine and I are trying to sleep." "Wait, Raine is here too?" Luz asked. "You're not the only one throwing a sleepover here."

When the credits came on, Hunter and Willow had fallen asleep, leaning on each other, holding hands, fingers intertwined, and peaceful expressions on their faces as they slept. Amity draped a blanket on the couple as Luz took a picture. "This will be very useful as blackmail," she said.

The next morning, Huntlow were extremely flustered to find that the had slept on the couch with each other the whole night. Hunter nearly passed out when Luz showed him the "blackmail". And Willow almost turned into a tomato when Amity asked when was the wedding. In the end, they ran out and hid in the woods until it was time to leave. Despite the mishaps, Hunter and Willow knew that they were looking forward to the next sleepover.
