Chapter 13 The visit

Sitting in their visitor's Palo, alot is going through my mind, am excited and as well as scared.  What will she say or how will she treat me today or  what's her look today this are my through as we wait. Yusuf have being busy eating the cupcake that was served saying that it's the best he have tested so far.  Am wondering if it's finish and then realist We have being waiting for an hour now   without her   making an appearance what  will he  do. Am sure he will not wait anymore, just then I hear her sweet voice as she said her Salam and came in. My breath stop and I was struggling to breath and keep my cold. Ya Allah indeed you are the of creation, she is looking Masha Allah even Yusuf's mouth was opened as he was looking at her from the door till she was sitting across us. She knows I was the one visiting That's why she keep us waiting for that long, she rise her head to look at me and our eyes meet, oh my God what a blessing,  this eyes are so beautiful just like the face. She was looking at me right deep in my eyes like she was challenging me to keep the gazes but I couldn't so I drop my eyes down and I see her smiling from the Connor of my eyes. "

Ina wuni"

I hear her greet, rising my head to look at her to know if I was the one she was greeting but just as I through she was greeting Yusuf that was smiling like he just win  a multi- billion contract as he answer her with a soft voice, " lafiya, ya mutani gidan?" He ask and she answer with
"suna Nan lafiya" as much as am enjoying hearing her voice I still don't like it that she is not talking to me but she and my best friend are acting like there are made for each other.  " Hmmm" I clear my throat to get their attention and Yusuf just turn to  me as if he  just remember that am still here. " Oh"  his mouth form and he return his look to her

" Toh my sister bari in bar ku ko, I will be just outside and I will be leaving with this"

he said taking the cupcake with him and step out as she answer him with

"ok brother enjoy".

What is all this? They just met today and they have start calling each other  with sister and brother I don't  like this.

" Kai wai maye ne?"

I hear her say bringing me out of my through and I  look at her and finds  a big frown on her face with an angry eyes looking at me.

" Wai why can't you leave me, I told you am not interested in you tun from day one ka bar ni mana.

I know I hurt your ego when I rejected you, so you want to force me to marry you to proof your point as a man  but that is not happening, you better stop whatever dreams you are  having and let me be because if this marriage happens which it will not wallahi I swear to Allah it will be the worst of your days on earth I can promise you that, that's all I have for you.

She stand up and move to the door then stop and say

And my regards to your family and that friend of yours, I will ask the maid to prepare a takeaway of cupcake for him, it's like he likes it

And she leaves me sited still looking at the door as if she will return again but she never did and I keep asking my self is this the chance I need to back out of this, she just made a promise and a warning, is her words enough to make me give up.
