Taehyung

In the confines of my company's boardroom, I sat at the head of the table, my eyes focused intently on the group of executives gathered before me. We were in the midst of striking a deal, and I was determined to ensure that it went smoothly.

As the negotiations unfolded, I remained calm and composed, my mind sharp and focused. Each word was carefully chosen, each gesture calculated to convey my authority and confidence.

Across the table, the representatives from the other company watched me closely, their expressions a mix of apprehension and respect. They knew that they were dealing with a formidable opponent, one who was not afraid to fight for what he believed in.

Finally, after hours of intense negotiations, we reached an agreement. A sense of satisfaction washed over me as the deal was sealed, my company emerging victorious once again.

As the executives filed out of the boardroom, I allowed myself a small smile of achievement. Another successful deal in the books, another step forward in solidifying my company's position as a powerhouse in the business world which it already is.

...

As I got ready for the mission, thoughts of that bastard consumed my mind, his face a constant reminder of the turmoil he had caused. But before I could dwell on it further, there was a knock on my door, and without waiting for a response, Jungkook and Saejun barged in. I shrugged continuing whatever I was doing.

Kim Saejun, my elder brother, was a force to be reckoned with. With his sharp wit and unwavering confidence, he commanded respect wherever he went. Despite our constant banter and occasional clashes, there was an unbreakable bond between us.

As he stood before me in the boardroom, dressed in a sleek suit that accentuated his commanding presence, Saejun exuded an air sophistication. Despite his tough exterior, Saejun had a heart of gold, opposite of mine. Always willing to go to great lengths to protect his loved ones.

"Taehyung, you idiot, is this how you greet your elder brother, after u see him after months?" Saejun scolded me, his voice filled with disbelief.

I shot him a deadpan look. "And who said you're my brother?" I retorted, refusing to back down.

Saejun erupted into a rant, his words flowing like a rap as he scolded me for my lack of manners, that I obviously ignored. Meanwhile, Jungkook watched the exchange with a shake of his head, clearly accustomed to our antics.

Before I could respond, a voice interrupted us. "You three, hurry up, we need to go before the wedding ends."

I turned to see Eunji, a familiar face, standing in the doorway. Kim Eunji, Saejun's wife and to me more like my elder sister who possessed a unique blend of strength and grace.

As she stood before me, dressed for the wedding, she exuded an aura of confidence and poise that was truly captivating. Her attire was simple yet elegant, a fitted dress in a deep shade of blue that accentuated her slender figure.

Her unexpected presence caught me off guard, and I exchanged a glance with Saejun, silently questioning her involvement.

"It's not my fault Eunji is here," Saejun explained, a hint of exasperation in his voice. "It's her best friend's wedding, and we happen to have the same destination."

I frowned, knowing the dangers that lay ahead. "Have you not told her about the work?" I asked, my concern evident.

Jungkook chimed in, echoing my sentiments. "As if she's gonna listen," he remarked dryly.

Saejun shrugged, resigned. "I did, but she's stubborn," he admitted.

She ignored the remarks as I was greeted by Eunji, who enveloped me in a hug. "Tae, long time no see, huh?" she said with a smile.

I returned the gesture, but my worry lingered. "Eunji, what are you doing here? You know why we're going there," I reminded her, my tone serious.

Eunji brushed off my concerns with ease. "Oh, come on, Tae, I know why you guys are going, but it's my bestie's wedding. I can't skip that," she reasoned. "And besides, I'm trained for this. I can handle myself."

Reluctantly, I nodded, accepting her explanation. "Okay, just be careful," I cautioned.

With that, we set off, the weight of our mission hanging heavy in the air as we headed towards our destination.

They arrived at the wedding hall sooner than expected, greeted by Jaehyun and his father, Mr. Min.

"Welcome Mr. Kim Saejun and Mr. Kim Taehyung," Mr. Min said, shaking hands with them.

"Welcome," Jaehyun added with a nod.

Saejun and Taehyung reciprocated the gesture with handshakes and nods.

However, Eunji piped up, "Excuse me! I am also here... Uncle, how could you forget me?"

Mr. Min turned to her with a warm smile, "Oh, Eunji, how are you, dear?" He enveloped her in a hug before asking, "And what are you doing with them?"

Eunji grinned, "I wanted to introduce you to my husband for so long but never got the chance. Well, never mind. Meet Kim Saejun, my other half."

Before Jaehyun could respond, Aera stormed in, pulling Eunji into a tight hug. "Eunji UNNIE, how are you?" she exclaimed. "You know how much we missed you, and Yoona unnie is literally throwing tantrums as you are late. Hurry, she is waiting for you. Let's go!" With that, she whisked Eunji away to the bride.

All of them watched the scene unfold, dumbfounded.

But all of a sudden, someone caught Taehyung's eyes from afar, prompting him to mutter under his breath, "What the fuck."
