I slightly blinked, then opened my eyes carefully. At first, my view was only blurred until I blinked my eyes, and my view became clearer. My head was hurting like hell, and again, I woke up from being collapsed.

This collapsing shit started to get on my nerve like a mf.

"Nana, you're okay?"

I blinked a few times, then looked up at the princess, who was looking down at me. I slowly realised that I was lying on her lap, holding me. Tight. Tightly.

I panicked and quickly removed myself from her lap, but I almost lost my balance until she caught me.

"Your nervous system has to find its balance back, so slow down." She said, Let me lay on a cold floor.

It wasn't as cold as I assumed; indeed, it was a good temperature, a pleasant temperature that my body felt comfortable with.

"Where are we?"

"It looks like we were in a cave or something."

"It's actually really beautiful here; it even looks familiar." I mumbled.

"How's your head? You did fall off hard; you could've died, yet you didn't." The princess talked as she came closer to me to look at my injury.

"I-I don't know, it doesn't even hurt anymore." I answered as she watched me closely.

She slowly touched my forehead, then she was touching hers. My body started to heat up, and our eyes met. It felt like she was staring into my soul, but in a good way. This feeling, which we always feel, is one only she and I feel. An unreal feeling exists only between us. A connection must be love.

"Your eyes, your hands..." the girl Riri started to speak as she walked slowly to us.

"My eyes?" I mumbled. But before the girls could answer, two blue women walked up to us, handing us their traditional clothes.

"Much use, lelo'oba.'" (Please wear these.) One of the women told us to wear traditional clothes. "Ko'oten yéetel to'on." (Come with us, she added as she walked beforehand.

"Tu'ux ka bisikech."( Where are you taking us?) I asked them as Shuri and Riri looked at me with a shocking facial expression.

The woman stood still, turned around, and smiled at us. Shuri, and I trusted her to go with her. Riri stayed back. She was whining at first, but we promised we'd come back.

As we were walking to a pleasant, cold wardrobe, Shuri and I changed our clothes into their traditional clothes. A weird but familiar feeling rushed over my body once I had the clothes on.

After putting our clothes on, we got signed to talk with the king of their clan.

"Wow, yéetel a bey ti' leti'." (You just look like her.) The man started to talk as he walked towards us.

"I look like who?" I answered him.

He put his hands on my skin, and I pushed it off. Shuri held onto my wrist, pulling me more over to her.

"I won't hurt you or her." He spoke again. "Yunana, are you surprised that you can understand or even speak our language?" He asked me.

"I'm not sure, why? Do you know something?" I answered him.

"Your left eye is blue, which means your whole left arm is also turning blue. Am I wrong?" He said this as I immediately looked at my left arm.
My mouth slowly opened as he correctly pointed my blue arm out.

"Your mother was one of us. Basically, her mother, your grandmother, was one of us. She married a Wakandanian and generated a child, your mother. Your grandmother was the owner of the Panther Sense. In our language, it is called "
"Sentido le pantera." I responded before he could.

"When your mother was born, she turned unexpectedly into a normal human being, not getting any DNA from us except for the Panther Sense. And since your mother couldn't live underwater, your grandfather took her, and she lived a normal life in Wakanda." He said it with a calm voice and put a mirror in front of my face.

I looked at my face, seeing my left eye turn into a light blue, almost white Panther eye.
"Your body adjusts itself to where you're right now. Your grandfather completely forgot about her love, not letting your mother know about her other half of her homeland, her family."

A tear started to come out as Shuri took me into her arms. With that, the man, called Kukulkan, talked about his life and how this clan turned into a water clan.

While Shuri listened carefully to him, I was lost in my own thoughts. From time to time, I was listening to some of his words, but my thoughts were louder.

I couldn't believe that I was one of them, and no one couldn't tell me. Now, everything made sense, including why my grandfather didn't want to talk about our family and kept me always safe without knowing shit.

"Nana, have you listened? We're going to your other homeland." Shuri ripped me back to reality.
"Come and meet your other family, my child." Kukulkan talked. "You don't need to wear a suit to protect you; you got your Panther Sense." He added as he walked off.

We followed him, as I felt a bit uncomfortable under my skin and around me. Shuri felt it, and she immediately held my hand, letting me feel her warmth.

"Princess Shuri, please go with them. They'll put you in a protection suit. Yunana, you will turn into this Panther." Kukulkan said.

"I'll be quick, don't be worried, okay?" Shuri said as she walked off with the blue women.
"You just look like your mother and your grandmother." Kukulkan started to talk.

I didn't answer him. Not because of my shyness or something, but because of my fear. I was afraid of him, but I was more afraid of the world down below.

"Blink your left eye twice and say, "Sentido tin." Then you'll turn into the Panther Senses."
"Will I turn into a real panther, just like the animal?" I asked him.

"No, you'll be your human body, but your eyes, ears, and mouth turn into a panther. Your nails will be sharp, just like one, and you'll be blue. Of course your human senses will leave for a while since your panther senses have come into your brain." He answered me.

"Can I ask why you can speak this language? It's my first time hearing and talking about it, yet I can speak and understand it."

"That's because of the past owner of the Panther Senses. Little memories or emotions will be saved from the past owner of the panther. And since your grandmother was one of us, she could speak the language."

"What about my mother? Did she know about her other half of her family?"

"She knew and could speak the language directly, just like you, because of her mother, your grandmother."

With everything he said, I took a deep breath. I calmed my heart rate down as I felt my nervous system start to dance. I opened my eyes, blinked my left eye twice, and whispered the particular words out.

I could feel my body heating up, and I felt a little pain all over my body. My normal human ears turned into panther ears, as well as my eyes and mouth. Thank God, I wasn't naked or anything, but I had new clothes on.

Still a traditional Talokanil outfit, but that fit was only if you turned into this Panther Senses.
"Ready to go?" He asked, as Shuri also came with her astronaut-looking outfit.

"You look very sweet with their ears. I can't wait to meet your family, Nana." She said it with a smile.
